  1. Where do you live? How's the set?
  2. It was only a matter of time before such prejudice was thrown into the open, Athos! To be certain, Phes was an enemy of mine - but the revolver? The stolen blade? I have no use for such tinker toys when I have fine Viking steel! However, I will allow this search, however heinous it might be.
  3. Well, personal belongings, he says! This is a murder case! We must see the contents of this suitcase.
  4. Hey phes, did you know that 84% of all statistics are made up on the spot?
  5. I'd like to search your room, Brickster - Mr. Wild West. Your weapon of choice would be the revolver (with the obvious hint of 'the kind cowboys used', it leads even more towards you).
  6. I personally think all post counts should be kept true to the number of posts a user has made. Of course there's some friendly competition for posts. That can't be stopped. I think people should be able to trust that that number indicates how many posts a user has made - right now, nobody's sure what's what. If you wanted to make post counts totally irrelevant, I'm sure you could disable them. I'd even support it. But I do not think that if they are here to stay, they should be fooled around with.
  7. Arthur Dent wakes up only to remember that his house is scheduled for demolition to make way for a bypass. He lies in front of the bulldozers to stop them until his friend Ford Prefect arrives, takes him to a bar, and tells him the world is about to end and that Ford himself is an alien. Arthur's house gets bulldozed. As he stands over the wreckage, the Vogon constructor fleet looms over the planet (the ships hanging in the air much in the same way that bricks don't) and Ford and Arthur are just able to hitch a ride on the nearest ship before the Vogons destroy the planet - to make way, no less, for an interstellar bypass. The story follows Ford and Arthur as they meet up with some old friends and traverse the galaxy searching for the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything.
  8. Oh oh, got an idea. Know how the 'showcase' figs are in the windows? Say that the figs were missing... :-D
  9. Swoop-troopers? Haven't heard that one. Anyway, here's what Gaia on FBTB had to say:
  10. Summer of this year.
  11. A little hint to anyone that wants a specific pirate piece or fig - last time I called (2002 or so) to replace my sails, they charged a fee, but shipped them. They may still have surplus, if you've (COUGH) broken a figure. *wink wink nudge nudge*
  12. What about a redesigned MTT? ;) I'd like to see a redesigned MTT, AT-TE, and Republic Gunship. Then, a Geonosian Arena and Solar Sailer. And LOTS more Ep. 3 stuff - the three-legged thing, droid gunship, Utapaun fighter, etc.
  13. Well, when they picked up the license for Star Wars, they didn't know it would be PG-13.
  14. What's your next contest going to be?
  15. There was a thread over at your favorite place, FBTB, where a guy talked in detail about all the clones.
  16. Well, they did say that there are going to be more sets from Ep 1/2 coming out, so we'll probably get an arena set.
  17. Can't wait for the new figs...
  18. I permit any searching of my room, since xwingyoda seems suspicious (seeing as the box was registered to snefroe1, not me...) - however, I'd also like to search HIS room. He seems awfully anxious to pin the blame on someone else.
  19. How odd, arguing and going off topic in a thread about how we're going to crack down on arguments and off-topicness... :P Anyway, my ideas for Eurobricks: - more streamlined webpage/forum - updated smily kit - a FINAL forum organization (seems to be shifting a lot lately) - a chat room I also think you should sell t-shirts, but maybe that's just me.
  20. What anime is that avatar from? I recognize it...
  21. It's already out of production, as are, to my knowledge, all the sets that use it (except the ones they're ABOUT to make that will use it sparingly to clear out stock). Any sets you find with old gray are out of production, at the moment. They're just working off stock.
  22. I think I can pretty much end this discussion by saying that LEGO will NEVER produce a license based on an M-rated game. They have a family-friendly policy and that violates it heavily. Hypothetically, however, I think a Halo theme would be rather boring. Lots and lots and lots of green. The figs would be good, though.
  23. There's a difference between OLD old and old. Old meaning different from the new, OLD OLD meaning much earlier than anything remotely attached to something new.
  24. I seem to remember someone suing LEGO over Clickits, but that's the only weird thing I can think of involving rights to Clickits. As far as I know, they're still produced and distributed by TLC.
  25. I meant Halo. Ironically, dinosaurs will never die out.
