Regarding the big truck, it's categorized under September. So no, it wouldn't be under April. :D

I think they should do a Greek 'myths and legends' thing, since the Greek army wasn't really anything to speak of, with the minotaur and Icarus and Daedelus and Hercules and all those good people. It'd be right up LEGO's alley. I also think they should do a Roman 'legion' theme, with armies and buildings and such. Just because of the feathery helmets. You gotta love those feathery helmets. They really need to get into the army - you can't pretend modern war doesn't exist - and start including realistic pistols/rifles in their sets again. Just rate them 16+ or whatever and nobody complains. I wish they'd have picked up Lord of the Rings, but it's a bit late for that now. They have a good shot with HP Goblet of Fire, they get to do dragons and merpeople and, of course, the graveyard scene with our beloved Voldemort. ;) I think it'd be COOL if they got involved with A Series of Unfortunate Events, but I just don't see it happening. And, of course, REGULAR BUILDINGS. Let's go over City so far; - a police station to protect people - a fire station to protect people - construction workers to build things for people But WHERE DO THE PEOPLE WORK? Where do they LIVE? City isn't much without things like 'Cafe' or 'Bookstore' or who knows what else. And we need road plates that match up with the new plates as well. That are available individually, preferably in bulk. I guess for the meantime the firefighters are stuck saving the burning police station and the police cars are stuck on the one available road plate... |-D

jipay, it's not meant for a town! It seems that we're almost get a MINE construction sub-theme this time, what with the rock grinder set that was recently leaked and now this mine truck! That truck is selectively used for huge mines, nothing else. Guess I'll have to put a mine site outside of town! :-D

Yes, a Greek and Roman theme has always been a top for everyone. If this sells well, I'll bet we'll see one! Maybe they'll realize that cultural themes sell well, even without a connection like Adventurers. ;)

Agreed - I'll be purchasing the ARC-170, and that's it. City, Designer, Vikings, and (possibly) Adventurers will be eating up my money anyway.

WOW! I love that City construction set. I have to say, City 2005 is shaping up to be the best LEGO line I've ever seen (dead serious, I own the Fire and Police collections). Now I'll have to get that too! I'll probably pick up the new Designer as well.

Sorry, I meant the new ones, they have a much more transparent feel to them. Probably because they have tinted transparent windows, rather than just clear.

Exactly, vader316. I just purchased all of the fire sets, and after doing a little research, they are all derived from earlier sets. The thing I like, though, is that the only new pieces (albeit a few exceptions, not many) are USEFUL ones.

Which X-Pods? I've seen the transparent ones at stores since mid-Dec.

I can see the appeal of light-up lightsabers, but really, unless you plan on using seperate pieces from these figs (Luminari Unduli, Mace Windu, Darth Vader, etc), once the battery runs out they'll look pretty much like a normal fig and will still have appeal.

Couldn't they be sets for GoF? We saw them at least a month early for PoA.
