    You're right. I just thought, since the 10 year anniversary is a special moment, that there might be something 'more' for the loyal Modular collectors who buy it directly at release. Great to hear the set is again available in the Netherlands! Its nice to see a natural shot of the box, I might be waiting though for some months, hoping on a special discount xD Maybe black friday/Cyber Monday?

    In Belgium and the Netherlands it will be 260 Euros, so 20 Euros more than our Eastern Neighbours... Still couldn't find a single clue why ( http://www.bouwsteentjes.info/nederlandse-en-belgische-prijs-van-de-lego-creator-expert-10255-assembly-square-bekend/ ) Besides that, am I the only one who thinks its weird that there isn't some promotional Modular S@H item in January, to accompany the Ultimate Modular set?

    Here in the Netherlands it is also unfair, while the Brick Bank os 150 Euros (as usual) in Germany, in the Netherlands it is 170 (!) Euros... The amount of tax is nearly the same in both countries, and the traveling costs are also not the reason I suspect the toy shop companies have a monopoly in the Netherlands, which is the main reason why it is around 20% more expensive here (also the prices in the catalog are removed) The more reason to do a roadtrip to Germany, which is relatively cheaper than buying it here...

    So I lately bought the Market Street, and since I read the building instructions I cannot forget one line that kinda resembles the newest knowledge from NeoGAF... Look at the canal house on the right side, when you would have two in one set there will be endless possibilities in the way you arrange the different layers... Add some different colors, more detailed modular layers which are all square and more interior, and you might got yourself the 2017 Lego Modular 'Assembly Square'

    It's a weird compliment, isn't it? The fact that a fake Lego company sees your creation as product-worthy. I'm sorry that you feel like reconsidering to share your creations, but due to the context I completely understand.

    First of all my excuse of spreading this fake rumor, I didn't had the information to know that it was a copy of a MOC.. (I'm also quite curious how the maker will react to this copy ) Besides, I'm enormously happy that the 10th year anniversary Modular isn't a double building... I don't know what kind of OCD reaction I would've after the set wouldn't fit besides the other sets, which are paired per three! xD

    Possible leak by Lepin of the Assembly Square. Both sad and hilarious that a copying Chinese company got it released before Lego... Image from reddit, credits to Brickthusiast! Turns out Lepin copied a MOC that was also posted on Lego Ideas!

    I've got an offer to buy both the Market Street and Cafe Corner (10190 & 10182) for the price of 600 Euros (670 Dollar), its bricks only, so no booklets or boxes. Is this a fair/good price? What do you guys think?

    I just read on the German Lego fan website that the London bus might get released in Europe in the next month. But I also heard from other sources that it might be october....     Interesting rumor, 250 Euros is an ok price, but still I doubt the inverted corner part.. It is indeed not great as a stand-alone, or street part. Still I am interested, if it will be, how they will solve this problems..

    I understand the frustation you guys have. I waited weeks buying the Fairground Mixer, just to see that the promotion I waited for is exclusively for America.... Does any of you maybe know how long it normally takes before a Lego S@H promotion will come to Europe?

    You might have seen the new shop@home promotion in the newest store calendar of this month. Although you would think that this will mean the whole world can get this promotion, it seems only Canada and the States can get it... Is this a part of the store errors maybe? Even the UK cant get this promotion. Instead, there is a weird small set with a piece of cardboard And if this is the intention, when will Europe get the promotion?

    Looks awesome! Only one possible point of improvement: maybe it will be interesting to make circulair stairs, like in Lego 10190

    April D2C set will be the Minecraft set, so the only chance left is the 18 May VIP acces set...

    It looks quite impressing! How did you get the idea to make a large Cinema? I'm also interested how you will fit the interior in the Cinema! :) Do you use some blueprints from real life theaters or cinemas?
