Eh, all the descriptions said he had wings, and Jamie is the only Blue Beetle who has wings. Besides, he really is the ONLY Blue Beetle these days, and has been for the last ten years or so (complete guess on the time frame, sorry) I totally understand your caution (RIP Spidey 2099), but if there's a Blue Beetle fig there, it's Jamie. I still think he's an odd choice for that set, but hey, whatever!

If you click through, it gets bigger. Then I zoomed in. A lot. Sure, it's blurry as hell, but there is most definitely a differently-colored area below the elbow. Familiarity with the costume leads me to believe/know that it's his web-shooters. Voila! On another note, I'm quite glad that EVERYONE reported the wrong color for the Vulture's wings. Everyone said they were white, which made no sense at all. So that's cool. Now I'm just psyched to see the Ghost Rider set and the Dr. Strange set. Those are both high on my list.

Ah, Ultimate Spider-Woman! I guess I'm not surprised no one recognized her. She looks pretty cool, though I was hoping for Spider-Gwen or May Parker's Spider-Girl (I always liked that costume, which is based on Ben Reilly's Spider-Man costume, another fig I hope we get one day...). I'm so very excited that we can finally confirm this is Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider and not Kaine. I love it. The bridge aspect was surely over-hyped, but yeah, this set still looks pretty amazing. The build is not bad by any means, and the figures are great! Scorpion looks awesome. Although, as someone else pointed out, shouldn't we get the dual-molded Spidey-legs in this $120ish set? I mean surely for that price HOLY CRAP, BEN HAS WEB-SHOOTERS PRINTED ON HIS WRISTS!! *throws money* Cool use of the new flame piece, as well. And, as someone else said as well, the new web piece is...interesting. I'm all over this one. This is aimed squarely at my heyday of Spidey-reading. YOU WIN, LEGO.

Ah. Well. That may be true, and yet it still isn't helpful So far, the last minikits for "Elements of Surprise" and "Painting the Town Black" require Aquaman. But I have currently given up. It's gotten pretty boring running through these levels again looking for things I couldn't access earlier. Sometimes it's not so bad and you can skip some of the puzzles and get straight to the items, but when I finally finished the Portal main story level again, only to find that I still missed three minikits and the hidden character, even with all of the detectors on, I finally got supremely bored. Oh well. I guess I'll just finish building the Brick Bank.

The starter pack dropped to 65 or so in the US right around Christmas time. Best Buy (and often Amazon, etc) have the fun packs at half-price right now. Honestly, the most expensive part is the Level Packs and Team Packs. BUT ANYWAY, the real reason I'm posting: I just picked up Sensei Wu and a Cyberman, so I finally have every ability EXCEPT the annoyingly-delayed Atlantis summon. My question is, has anyone made a list of the Atlantis pool locations? I'm going through the game again, trying to finish up minikits and such and I really don't want to replay a level to get one last minikit only to find that, yep, this one needs Aquaman. If anyone is aware of such a list and can point me in the right direction, I'd be much obliged. Every gaming FAQ for Dimensions that I've found is woefully incomplete. That said, I'm playing now, so if there isn't a list....there may be one soon. Thanks!

Exactly. Did everyone sign NDAs? Swear not to talk about it? What's the point of the Toy Fair, exactly? Why did they even bother showing up? I totally understand why Huw complies with their wishes (demands), but this has got to be one of those times where even he thinks it's stupid as hell. I think what bothers me most is that there isn't even any acknowledgement of what happened. Everything is just...gone. Not a single article that even MENTIONS the Toy Fair. "What Toy Fair??" I read J2G's comment as more of a playful jab, though I could be wrong. I don't know either of them, though, so who knows. I do believe amazingbricks has given us accurate info in the past, though I couldn't tell you what or when. But everyone is entitled to be wrong every now and then. Or perhaps things changed, as they are wont to do. Or maybe he's a dirty, dirty, pants-on-fire. Who knows? It's too soon to start casting aspersions. As ever, that's just my opinion though. Regardless of any of that, I'm still only disappointed by the lack of Spidey 2099. I know. Wrong thread.

I hope not, as that looks waaaay too similar to regular ol' Spidey. I'd like something a bit more distinct. Unfortunately, I won't be super-surprised if it is. Oh well, can't win 'em all. I also wonder how to interpret "Spider-Girl". That, to me, would imply the May Reilly version. But I wonder if that's what it really is, or if it's more along the lines you are speculating, since May's fig would be fairly boring, IMO. Hmm.... My thoughts exactly. Ug. I forgot that was a possibility. Kaine's Scarlet Spider costume was alright, I didn't mind it much, but I didn't love it much either. Reilly all the way! D'oh! I've got to say though, the one piece of information I am most looking forward to knowing is just how Ghost Rider's head is being done. Very, very curious about that.

Who knows, stuff happens!) And that was awesome, because I love him almost just as much. And now this? I'm so conflicted! Anyway, on with the show: I sincerely hope Green Goblin is a minifig and not a new bigfig. Sincerely. Also looking forward to Scorpion. Could be neat. This set is most likely a buy for me. The Ghost Rider set is day one, all the way. That whole thing sounds MAGNIFICENT. Assuming Hobby is a minifig, as well. Day one even if he isn't, but that's what I'd prefer. The Doc Ock set is going to be the one I'm most likely to pass on. I don't care about White Tiger. The only draws for me are Ock and Vulture, and for both, it depends on the incarnation and style. We'll see. Doctor Strange is 99% a day-one buy also. Sounds fun! Can't wait! Thanks!

Most excellent! A chance to finally get the Power-Suit Lex without paying a huge price! I was hoping they wouldn't stick business-suit Lex in a Juniors set. I'm all over this one! And I kinda hope the grey/blue batman is the same as the keychain version/old superheroes version, since that's one of my favorites and I don't own it. Wonderful! This is oddly the one I'm most psyched for. I'll likely pass on the Scarecrow set, unless something surprises me, be it minifig design or build. As for the Killer Croc set, I can't wait for Red Hood, but a think a purchase depends on how Croc and Katana look and how cool the build is. I still wish Croc were a regular-sized minifig. Oh well! Sounds fun, hoping for pics soon!

Hmm. Not really sure. I don't put much thought into my comic storage, they're just sitting there in the longboxes. I read everything digitally now anyway, and almost anything I have or want is available that way too, so...I just don't even worry about it. I know that's not at all helpful. Sorry!
