I love that monkey, even though I realize the scale is wrong. I agree, it's the round, soft, cutesy style that's the biggest problem. Scale is just another issue on top of that.

Yeah, it looks like a large rat and a small kitten, which honestly wouldn't be that far off in size. Friends animals have a much different style of shape, as well, so it's not just a matter of printing or size.

From what I understand, there's a very good possibility that Adventure Time will appear as minifigures for the Dimensions game. I'm hoping they also expand this into a theme of sets. It appears that the Ideas set was a springboard towards obtaining the license. In that, I appreciate its value.

They'd need a lot of molded parts to look any good. Especially in comparison to other molded animals like the dewback, rancor, or tauntaun.

But, like the Hoth UCS set, it should have molded creatures, which are always vastly superior. But if they do that, there's nothing much left to build as most of the arena is flat.

This one is close to the mark, I suppose, but in the others it looks like it's just the lighting Yeah, it's the height that really bothers me. It makes her look like she has one of those retro hair styles, like Flo from the Progressive commercials. Her real hair in the series is nothing like that.
