I wouldn’t mind him in some action-based set. In the guard uniform or jungle merc outfit. But I get the stance Lego’s taken, the trailer and the new character posters have shown there are lot of interesting, great looking characters to be gotten. -

I’m still a little disappointed about the lack of leg printing, arms aren’t such a big thing for me with Panther. Even just a few silver accents would’ve been nice. Nonetheless, I like the “cleaner” look. Not simpler, but a sleeker, better look for him. More agile, maybe regal, somehow (he is a king)? -

Mario Power has a blurry shot of a Daredevil minifigure, supposedly from Lego Marvel Superheroes 2. It isn’t a physical minifigure.- 5,808 replies

I’m assuming it’s the open-holed, tri-spoke design. Judging from the angled shot in this Brick Vault video at 2:50

The Brick Fan has an article about it I was thinking the same thing when someone mentioned some fireworks might have been nice. I can only imagine an accurate set description: ”Help Valkyrie save the day with the Commadore, a top of the line *** ship”- 5,808 replies

Lego has released their own brick artwork version of the Thor: Ragnarok poster. While it’s oh-so-cool and I want a full-size one (I have the actual theatrical poster already), it’s notable that lego made two modifications to the characters on the bottom: as they haven’t appeared in minifigure form, Odin and Heimdall don’t get too the LEGO treatment on the poster, instead replaced by Hela Berserkers. How sad, I was holding out hope for at least a tease of what could’ve been... Its also odd that they use the Civil War quinjet on the poster as opposed to the Age of Ultron quinjet, as that is what Hulk left in and what’s featured on the actual poster.- 5,808 replies

As long as it’s scaled similarly or even larger, I wouldn’t mind. The original, however structurally flawed, is a sight to behold. -

I absolutely would. ISD is long over due, it’d be a rerelease of a 16 year set come next year, which is a huge gap. Practically unheard of, and it would definitely make waves. I know I would buy one. In addition, prices would drop abundantly for originals. Then again, Lego replaced the Death Star with a “rerelease.” I guess either option is viable to them -
Whoops, pardon my misknowledge!

The press release is available from The Brick Fan. It appears the updated price is $370 USD, about $450 CA, €300 UK. Not a day one for me, but I have always loved this model...

No, unfortunately we don’t have images or descriptions of any 2018 sets, and the leaked Mighty Micros don’t qualify as purpose for a thread -

I could see a round 2 if Thanos weilds the mind stone. I do hope we don’t get another Hulkbuster, at least not one that takes up a majority of the set’s pieces. There are so many things they could do with these sets, I wouldn’t want them to “waste” even on of the six spots on a rehash. Still, as someone mentioned above, DC made two batmobiles in two years...we’ll see alone enough, I guess. -

I’m leaning towards the Avengers Facility as well. It’s overdue to be included in a set, and a set like 6868 won’t do- 5,808 replies

SO, I saw the Lego Ninjago Movie this past week. While rewatching it tonight, I had a revelation: the bridge in the set “Master Falls” is named “the Bridge of Fallen Mentors” in the film. Does anyone then think the set name is an intentional pun? -
