  1. I’d have to place my money on concept art, as the set Thanos appears in in this wave is called “Thanos: The Last Battle.” It wouldn’t be anything early on in the film.
  2. There’s a picture going around Instagram of a vision minifigure with an angry expression. This one is fake.
  3. I very much like the chest printing on this bigfig, and I like that it’s a bigfig! The arm and hand coloring looks pretty spot on, I like that. But...where’s the Infinity Gauntlet? This is so true, you make a good point! That was the deal with the “leaked” Iron Spider, which was clearly an edited photo anyways. The difference is this one is in hand, so I can’t wait to see this.
  4. I was wondering about this. They reused the legs for the Mk. 46, it appeared to me at first that they'd done it again.
  5. The Proxima Midnight minifigure has an alternate face with a smirk. I quite like it, you can find it on a few Instagram pages.
  6. Yes, I hope that the actual minifigure has such a defined print. I’m very excited by these leaks today.
  7. Is the leaked Iron Spider on Instagram real or fake? It looks real (and amazing), though it looks to be an official picture which I wouldn’t expect. The head from homecoming is reused as well, I’d expect blue eyes. Nevermind! It’s fake: you can see that the gold spider emblem continues right over the leg to torso divide.
  8. The trailer did show four, I’m expecting the Garmadon part as well.
  9. The new Iron a man has a clear head, like the Homecoming Mk. 47 (this one is trans-white though). Interesting to say the least, it probably has something to do with Tony’s remote suit piloting/extremis technology.
  10. As do I. The new Captain Phasma has a nice build for her staff, using double-edged arrowhead pieces. I hope they can pull something off along the lines of a magna-guard staff, but sleeker.
  11. The hairpiece is nice in that it’s combined with the helmet. It’s something I hope we’ll see with an Infinity War variant of Loki. I can’t tell if her hair is blue or purple; leaning towards the former, and it actually doesn’t look that bad! Arm printing would’ve been much appreciated, as I see now that the gold amounts to a smal shoulderblade.
  12. Wow, does she look good! The torso print armor isn’t nice, ant the gold arm is interesting. The purple hair seems bright, clashes a bit, but I like it.
  13. I heard some speculation about the mine, given it’s use of new and larger pieces, that it could be slightly higher. Just confirming the information, now that we have it from a retailer.
  14. The piece is a trans-blue 1x2, with studs. So the two Black Panther sets have a total of 3 builds, 587 pieces, and 7 minifigures...for $50 USD. That’s a really great wave in my opinion, with no repeat minifigures, and in proportion of less than 10¢ per piece. I hope this trend continues into the Infinity War wave!
  15. The $20 USD price point for 76099 is confirmed. It is now available for January 1 preorder on Walmart.com. The $30 USD price point for 76100 is confirmed. It is now available for January 1 preorder on Walmart.com.
  16. Okay, here we are (the four baseplates are usually lined up side by side).
  17. I like the minifigures a lot this time around, but unfortunately (or maybe it’s fortunately?) nothing compels me to buy these. No new characters or molds, and only big, basic, detail for torsos. They still don’t appeal to me.
  18. You did a tremendous job with the six-wide vehicles. It’s also incredible to think Lego has, in some way or another, adopted every one of these licenses! Great job Oky, I love this!
  19. I’m now more inclined to think that Thanos: The Last Battle will include the portal ring. It’s plays a big part in his entrance I’m sure, and it’s clearly a staple of whatever battle happens in New York. Now, if the last battle takes place on the red planet that’s different, I have no clue. But, Brickset’s recent “trailer brickdown” has got me thinking. They offer that, for the price point of $80 USD, the ringcould be included in a (potential, not based in rumors) set. The proposed function of the spinning track, seen in the trailer shot of Iron Spider, adds to any playability functions. Given lego has found a way to make this construction, I really see the portal as a viable option. Lego has made sets based around portals before, albeit in original themes, so it’s not a huge stretch.
  20. Unfortunately that doesn’t include any of the Comic Con variants, just preorder exclusives, Shop@Home GWPs, and polybag minifigures. But I’ll geg pictures taken soon, they’re on my headboard in my dorm.
  21. Yes, from summer 2017. It's a ToysRUs exclusive.
  22. My current Marvel Super Heroes collection includes everyone but Mary Jane (5), Ultimate Goblin, and Goliath. I have the incorrect Obi Wan head for 76042 Cap. My display system isn't the best, using flat rows of CMF plates on blue 16x32 baseplates, but would anyone be interested if I shared pictures?
  23. The set description offered a "space bike" as transportation for the heroes, no mention of the ship. So maybe we get the ring? The Final Battle is an $80+ set, and the Hyperdrive Booster Ring was $100 USD, including the Starfighter. It's plausible, if nothing else.
  24. ^We've already gotten two warnings about speculation. Let's ignore the D2C right now, or it could be three strikes and we're out. We have plenty of info about the other six retail sets to discuss.
  25. If the scene with Iron Spider is the final battle with Thanos, do you guys expect to get a hero ship or the giant ring (done in the fashion of the Hyperdrve Boostser ring) in the set?
