    I saw that same interview. I was bit disappointed with the hospital answer, but he did say that a hospital is still possible it would just have to fit the aeathetic of a downtown look.

    Hopefully a 1.5 wide modular soon. Just 4 more long years to find out. I'd love to see something in Gothic architecture. An excellent idea that's been long overdue.

    @jonahtron a farmers market would work great. Going back to the interview, his original idea was too have like shopping stores with a middle alley but he couldn't make it work, and said it could happen in the future. A farmers market could work with a middle alley. But I'd imagine something bigger. The 20th anniversary modular has to be as big as Town Square.

    In the interview he says that going back to one business is possible and still talked about. It just has to be the "right" thing.

    There is another interview with Andy the designer. Really good one. And we finally get an answer as to why there wasn't a designer video for the Boutique Hotel. I see why the greenhouse roof is the way it is, it opens up. I really like the Jazz Club, seeing him explain the design explains a lot. It's look good.

    I just finished reading the interview and 100% agree with you. It was a very fun normal interview with the designer letting us in on the process that it takes to complete a modular. And they basically see all our critiques from lack of detail, color, and having more than one business in one modular. I love how he says thay a single business will make a comeback but they have to had a good use for it. But I did disagree with him on the JC not being the whole building because it wouldn't work. The first floor could have been the band stage and some chair up close with room for dancing. Second floor could have been the eating bar area looking down and enjoying the Jazz and the third could have been the office where all the nefarious deals happen.

    This! Bright primary colors are the norm in houses and buildings all over the world too. You see it all over Latin America, so the colors don't bother me. It adds a pop to the others. And the JC look so much better next to the BH. As always the actual reveal pictures make it look so much better.

    I guess you're right. I'm guessing the roof isn't connected because it's meant to be opened.

    The box art of the Jazz Club really makes it look so much better. And I still don't understand why the roof of the green house is like that. I don't get it. Is it suppose to open up to let in sun?

    Agreed. And the small table with the umbrella is just like the 90s LEGO pizzeria.

    Promobricks has always been very reliable. So the modular is real.

    The fascade of the pizzeria looks very Euro Italian. I see what they were going for and it works.

    Interesting so far. I like the colors. I also have been wanting a greenhouse on a modular roof, but what we see so far something about the greenhouse looks off.

    LEGO should have a set date for reveals with each theme and give us teasers until the reveal date.

    Amazing series. I have a few must have faves. The hairpiece on the Rococo Aristocrat though . imagine of they'd have given her a mini cake or the pie piece and voila, Marie Antoinette.

    So glad we got the information early this year. Waiting until December for any details would have been annoying. Also, I believe there are pizzerias innthe French quarters in New Orleans. But some are right. I don't really think pizza when thinking of New Orleans.
