    @hikouki maybe. It also seems they only like to keep a small amount available like 3 a time. Maybe these inflation prices were just too much.

    Hmmm. If thats true that next year the NHM will let retire maybe that'll mean another big 48x32 modular for the year 2027 and 20th anniversary.

    @hikoukiyea, it all depends I guess on how much space each store will get. Im assuming the furniture more will get more floor space. O just wouldnt want to see it empty of furniture like the Book Shop had very little books.

    Interesting concept/pairing. I'm guessing maybe the furniture part is bigger than the music store.

    A hospital for me would have to be around the size of the Museum or even 2 32×32 plates, maybe fornthe 20th anniversary, if it's not thay big then maybe an Urgent care modular since they can be smaller.

    Interesting. Official pics of the Asylum will give us a better view. @hikoukii think they also demodularized the riviera because of the lego ideas policy of having building but not being modularized.

    Now that the Arkham Asylum has been leaked as an inverted modular compatible with the modular line from the looks of it. Would it fit with the modular line?

    I mean the 20th anniversary is coming up sooner than later. They have to go big and grand.

    Those MOCs are really good. I really like the double MOC looks like it could also be some kind of ski resort in the Alps.

    Did anyone read that Sunflower Lanyard Initiative that Lego will be taking part in with their LEGO sets to supporting non visible disabilities? They have minifigures in some sets including the Tudor Corner with the sunflower print. Its cool to see. Also, the GWP is ok. I vehicle would have been better? I don't care for GWP seem off place, meaning that it's not apart of the build. It has to be placed out on the street. I guess it could be modified to be placed on the sidewalk, but then it'll look weird.

    @Ginger Ninjai thought and in was a place one can go and spend a day or few days there and leave, like a hotel, motel or bed and breakfast.

    Wow. So there is also a clock shop in the Tudor Corner too? I love those little pet spider prints or are they beetles?

    @Lion Kingim surprised that they still haven't given us a Japanese sushi or Ramen shop. @SunshineinAutumnim guessing perhaps a black Friday reveal maybe sooner. Also, does anyone know if any of the current modulars are going to be retired or discounted like last year at lego shop?

    @NewTown I'm so excited for this too. @hikoukiit would be interesting to see a Spanish style modular. I think it could work well.

    Still no official pictures and brick_clicker removed that video that had a picture of the Tudor Corner which makes me believe that it is the real deal.

    That's true. The speed champions F1 sets up look way better and have minifigures.

    Interesting. They could have given. Minifigure with each F1 car though.

    Exactly. I remember the designer for the Corner Garage said something similar, that it was meant to start a new street or something like that.
