    Since Assembly Square was a big one for the 10th anniversary of the modular line, the maybe well get another 32x32+16x32 big modular for the 20th anniversary.

    An elevator could have been possible if they used that empty space in the back that they left with a dumpster. Meanwhile, does the Boutique Hotel have its own forum page yet?

    The lobby is so spacious it could be used to display all the art pieces from the cube. It's like almost a better setting for them. And the cube could be turned to something else.

    Finally got to see some of the videos of the BH and I hate that the dumpster is a connection point. Such a waste of space that could have been use to make the hotel a little bigger. But I still love it.

    Finally, it's tomorrow.. Wow. Love to color palette used. I agree that the hotel or the art gallery could have been a stand alone modular. But I like the way the BH turned out.

    I hope they do it for thr 15th anniversary. I think there is a good chance that you can. Be on the lookout.

    I don't understand why LEGO doesn't give us video, teaser, or silhouette pics of the entire modular like they do for some other big sets. It would be nice to see while we all anxiously away the new modular.

    It happened to me for the Brick Bank. But I got it at Amazon for the original price. And I always checked back they had It available more than twice for the original price at different times of that year. Just keep an eye out an get it asap, but I wouldn't pay more than the og price.

    @Maple same. I thought they would have more stock for the holiday season, but they didn't. Sometimes Amazon has them available at the regular price.

    I asked LEGO via Twitter last week and it is sold out / retired.

    They should do a 15th anniversary special reveal video just for the new modular and the gwp.

    From experience they should have stock back up ready for the holiday season, but they sell out fast and even more fast if it is retiring.
