    It looks great. It makes me excited to see how the LEGO Gardens of Ninjago City will look like as a the next modular for ninja city and ninjago city docks. Has anybody else heard anything about the Gardens of Ninjago City?

    I just got the LEGO Christmas catalogue a few days ago and the Downtown Diner is the only modular not there. The only ones advertised are AS, CG, and BS. I have to get it before it is completely gone. I think they could end up doing another modular that big for the next anniversary.

    I love the idea of a bed and breakfast.

    If they do a hotel I'd want it to be as big as Assembly Square because of all the space. But a modular that big won't probably happen until another anniversary.

    Yes. I'm thinking small office supply store could go along with a post office.

    I 100% agree with you. If they ever do museum as modular it would have to be big like AS and another one like it probably won't come along until the next anniversary.

    I'm sure LEGO will release the instruction for the newsstand late on for the many that cant make it to a brand store.

    @Vindicare I hope they release the instructions too. My "nearest" LEGO store is just too far.

    Did anybody catch the promos in the LEGO January 2020 calendar? LEGO stores are having a building event on the 8th for Newstand to go with the new Modular Bookshop. Doesn't look bad at all, and it'll fill up the lack of space use in the bookshop. But I have no LEGO store close by.

    Maybe they will, but doesn't seem likely. As someone who used to live in the bay area, this is so true.

    The vehicle that won the LEGO IDEAS contest goes really well with the new BS. Good choice, but I voted the for the 1st runner up. Both amazing designs.

    The PR looks bigger than the BS because of the design. Starting in the 2nd floor the are 8 studs of empty space up to the roof and and in the BS that's not the case. It the PR didn't have that empty space and used it to make the 2nd and 3rd floor bigger I don't think it would be as tall.

    Since the Box Art is and looks like a fall theme, the brown base plate like the one used in DO would have been better here instead of the green. Makes more sense.

    Living the Book Shop. My only critique so far is that they gave us only one of that new book mould. Just one, I was expecting a few with some playing title like they did with 'Moby Brick.' I've seen small independently owned book shops like they captured here but they are filled with books and more books, and it's lacking here. A nice poster print for the wall would have been nice too . But I do love this new modular Book Shop . Can someone explain why the tree is white? I'm lost.
