42100 QA Issues

Yeah. It turns out the instruction says the sise with the green button shoukd face inward, but I put it outward. I prefer that way, as it allows easier access, and I thought such an intuitive position should be the official one. Turns out I was wrong.

Im not sure if the tilting angle is viewed from the back of the front

My app detects the lifting angle the wrong way. When I lift the rear axle up, the app shows that the front axle is lifted, and vice versa. Does anyone encounter that problem?

The real limit is just 3700 pieces or sth. All 3 biggest Technic sets have fluff pieces to inflate the piece count. Take away 200 sth pieces from the official sets wont affect them one bit.

Although 42100 has the highest piece count, most of the rear of the superstructure is an empty box, so it doesnt feel as impressive as 42055. To me 42055 is still the king of mega Technic sets.

I still wonder, why the need for the new linear clutch? There are ample space to include a 24z white clutch gear somewhere in the drivetrain for both tracks and the turntable.

I'm expecting TLG to blow the backhoe past the 4108 piece count to make it the next "set with the highest piece count thus far" by including 100-200 ish fluff pieces and an auxillary handheld pneumatic controller made out of system bricks.

I don't really think license would play a major factor, as the Corvette has a generic unlicensed B model.
