    Found two full boxes at toysrus today in Green Bay. I like to add them to my winter village so had success with 2x Penguin guy 1 wildlife photog and 1 ice queen!

    I'm pretty excited about the ginger bread house. I know some people are disappointed about the scale but I think its workable into the rest of the village. I'll probably display it as a kids attraction near the small train and carnival ride

    Finally decided after years of visiting the Eurobricks home page that I should get on the forums. So here I am. You'll likely find me frequenting anything that has to do with the winter village theme!

    Looks like what happened is the original thread got merged with one posted the other day about the Barnes and Noble list. Unfortunately it appears it took on the post title of the more recent thread instead of the one we are all used to.

    I'm still not totally convinced that its a toy shop. That's what we've assumed is the placeholder for a long time now. Just because Barnes and Noble has it as toy shop doesn't mean its still not a placeholder. I'm still holding out hope! =D

    Looks amazing just like last years model. I especially love the train station. So much to look at!

    I have done exactly that. I was able to find someone with just the buildings and no minifigs for pretty cheap. I replaced the roof tiles and added some Christmas décor. They fit in really well with the other sets. I'm also planning on adding Mountain Hut and Changing Seasons to the mix this year

    Just glad to hear that its not another toy shop. I would love to see another holiday train at some point though. I know quite a few people that didn't start their village until the creator sets release. We need a train! (that's not ridiculously priced on ebay)

    Can't wait to see what the new set looks like. Like most of you I also would like something different than a toy shop. Until then, I think I'll pick up Changing Seasons like was suggested.
