    Location: C04 - Aeristus Tags: Science Mission Log Recording - "This is Dr. Steven Quin Livingston with my second mission in Andromeda. For this mission I have been asked take core samples from the plains on Aeristus. I am getting to use a new device "Core Extractor", made by the great engineers of Kawashita. This device will allow you to pull dirt cores from the dirt and and will place a force field around the dirt so that it can be examined like a ice core." My driver, Bill is hanging near-by in the new "Tanto" class Science vessel." "Bill - Please take the next load of cores up to the Tanto-3. I love watching those doors open to let out the mechanical arms." Comments and criticism are welcome

    Location: B05 - Marphacia Tags: Science Mission Log Recording - "This is Dr. Steven Quin Livingston freshly into Andromeda. I am on my first mission to take scientific readings on Marphacia. We are currently about two clicks from our current base of operations. The area for study was selected because someone saw purple flowers and wanted to know if the plants were somehow using Awesomnium. I have been collecting sample for about 90 minutes, about 5 minutes ago my driver Bill reported that the grav-vehicle was full so Bill has returned to the base with the first round of samples. He assured me that this region was perfectly safe." At that moment I was snapped out of the routine and back into the moment as a long black and scaly serpent like creature splashed it out of the mucky water. "End mission log. Computer connect me with Bill - NOW. Bill what is your ETA?" As quickly as the creature appeared, he spun around and dove back under the muck. Five minutes later Bill finally returned without a reply and I was never so glad to see another human being. Luckily I had the helmet camera on, or everyone might not have believed in my encounter.     Here is Andrea's Beadroom, a MOC for SoF Category 2 - Rooms The room features a top-level bunk bed, desk with computer, lime green dresser, bunny cage with a bunny, decorative throw rug, microphone stand, plush chair and a bookshelf. My daughter, J and I had a lot of fun designing and building this. Any comments, suggestions and/or criticism are welcome. Here is the link to the Flickr stream.
