Hey everyone Here is my latest MOC made for GOH.. The Planning Room. Today, members discuss further exploration into unknown lands. A chandelier hangs from wooden supports, as well as the colours of Avalonia, dark and light green. Members discuss exploration A once great leader As always, all constructive criticism is welcome. Dark Gold pieces go dark, paint?
Luckypat replied to Hidronax's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Have you tried putting the pieces in hydrogen peroxide and leaving them in the sun for a few hours? I had a helmet that was badly yellowed and put it in the sun for a few in the HP. When I took it out, already it was looking better, not completely white, but good enough so I know it works. Just waiting for warm weather to finish off that helmet and some other yellowed pieces. Not too sure if this would work on gold, though? -

I had used Adobe Illustrator to take out the background and replace it with a white background. Is this allowed? Thanks. -
Some Time After War with the "Hazmat Guy" from Series 4 of the CMF. Also, I had used Adobe Illustrator to make a clean, white background. I noticed that it says No Digital Backgrounds, but i'm assuming that is referring to detailed backgrounds to help the moc? Please let me know if this is not allowed, thanks!

Thank you! Not really... just kept in mind and aimed for an old looking library.

The trees and the shrubs/plants looks great, well done!

Thank you! Thanks! I really like that technique, it makes it look like it fits in more into the wall, compared to the design i had used.

Thank you! Thanks! Thank you.. I'm starting to get used to Illustrator and learning the different tools as I go. Today, I'll be sure to look into how to "feather" the edges (And will remember to have a white background!). Thanks again!

Thank you! Thanks! Thank you.. furniture in builds like these are always something I try to do my best on. I like that idea.. I was playing around with designs of a wooden support on the top but couldn't find something that I really liked. I see what you're saying, though.. thank you! Thank you, and a good joke!

Thank you.. and Occidens is west in Latin, I decided that because the location I "chose" was the furthest west. I like that idea, could make it seem like it was being used, thank you! Thanks! Thank you! Really appreciate it, thank you. Thanks, it definitely cleaned my inventory of reddish-brown pieces hehe. Thank you, that's something I really tried to get in there with a small size build like this.

Book II - Avalonia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Luckypat replied to Rogue Angel's topic in Guilds of Historica
Completed this today.. feel free to let me know what you think about it. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=122018 -
Hey everyone Decided to build a section of a library for GOH. The first floor has some bookshelves, desk and a statue. Second floor is more of a "cat-walk", which displays shields, weapons and the colors of Avalonia. As always, both positive and negative criticism is welcome. Thanks all for reading/viewing. ~Pat
