  1. Where are people seeing the new Starlord? Is there another image of the Benatar set that I'm not seeing?
  2. It's $70 in the US, but in some places in Europe it'll be 90 Euros.
  3. The New Asgard set is probably the only one I'll actually buy, but most of theses sets have something I want so B&P and Bricklink stores will be getting some of my money.
  4. I quote myself from several pages back because I think it bears repeating. So much potential going forward. Abomination is plausible now. A classic Charlie-27. Juggernaut, for when X-Men gets some more love. All the flood of new images in the usual place on IG is making it hard to load the page. The "jail" makes no sense whatsoever! Can we get May 13 designated at Infinity Leak Day?
  5. An image of six of the new monkeys has surfaced, 3 Tan and 3 Dark Tan. The Dark Tan we've seen quite well, but now we have a better look at the Tan. I want.
  6. Just watch that bigfig head show up unprinted as an architectural detail somewhere down the line. Or better yet, as the wheels of some goofy vehicle.
  7. To me the sets themselves are just moderately okay. What I'm excited about is the awesome potential they represent. The Thanos bigfig itself I have little use for, but the body gives us the awesome potential of a Spider-Man Unlimited Venom variant. There are probably a dozen other characters that could make use of that body style. I hope that 3x3 "arc reactor" tile will be in Glow White, and that it is a sticker. I have a specific reason to want that part. My biggest want for the future of Lego Marvel is those "comics" images from the box art actually printed on real bricks. That would be a most epic set idea, and Lego could do it for DC too.
  8. When it comes to anything related to the Disney Princesses brand I don't think Lego has much say. Disney is very protective of, and particular about, that brand. The only place you are likely ever to see any of the Disney Princesses in minifigure form is in the CMF line.
  9. Pretty much all of those were never Lego Shop@Home exclusives. Some Legoland exclusives ended up in Target because of the park shutdowns for Covid prevention (mentioned in the City thread some time ago), but the website didn't have that issue. Many of those sets saw delayed US retail release, and spotty availability, because there was a production shortfall because of the pandemic, but Shop@Home was still able list them for backorder.
  10. The sheep isn't the only chase part in that set. It also incudes the tan horse from the Medieval Blacksmith set.
  11. Pity Nickelodeon went to Mega Brands. I'd love to have the Thornberrys in Lego.
  12. The design reminds me of Alien Conquest.
  13. I'm reminded of the Mythica promotional image where one of the rides was a winged lion.
  14. Those Reddish Brown rounded windows everyone is so keen on can also be found in the new Harry Potter sets. Friends has them in white. This set is another one that I'll be downloading the instructions for. I wonder how much I can do of this with my existing parts.
  15. Since Disney owns both Star Wars and Marvel, I'm quite certain that while the May the Fourth promotion is still running we won't see anything official on Marvel. Disney is very controlling when it comes to their brands' promotions. Friday at the earliest, but more likely next Monday.
  16. No one is discussing the shepherds' crook finally outside Toy Story. it may be a small thing, but having that part in an unlicensed set is a boon to a few theme builders, particularly since we now have a SHEEP!
  17. I heartily approve. A wonderful proletariat propaganda build. And where did that 'LECLERC' sticker come from? It seems like a wonderful 'Allo 'Allo reference (a license Lego would never do).
  18. I think @Lyichir is referring to how movie sets have different licensing and branding in both Marvel and DC to the more generic comic/cartoon based sets. There even have been in the past small differences in price-per-parts ratio because there are other companies that get merchandize profit share. That, more often than not, is because of a part made specifically for a movie prop that becomes a major merchandizing item. Lego doesn't do this much anymore, but that is why the baldric piece is only in POTC and Lone Ranger sets (probably because of Jerry Bruckheimer Films). Of course I would love Link, and his much celebrated accessories, in Lego.
  19. The polybag has leaked. Mini-hovercraft, and another Dark Tan monkey.
  20. There is precedent. Check these "redneck" knights. One of my favorite Castle boats BTW. For early medieval, sure, but I see this set as a fortified town, and it looks more late medieval, or early Renascence. In any event, patterned weaving has been around a long time. Consider the set patterns of Scottish kilts.
  21. Also some more yellow to build out that castle, with what looks to be a printed curved panel.
  22. Looks like now is the time to buy multiples of the Safari Off-Roader set to build up a nice pride. I already have the dark tan lioness I got from B&P.
  23. The monkeys look recolored too. Tan rather than Dark Tan. It does look like the eagle mold with a brown head, so as to not make it the American bald eagle. White male lion, a reuse of the female, one white cub, one tan cub. The only thing it doesn't seem to have is the ubiquitous frog, or snake (we ever going to get that in tans or browns?). The Disney farm set has just leaked! Sheep! And a Tan horse in something cheaper than the Medieval Blacksmith set.
  24. The Disney farm set has just leaked! Sheep! And a Tan horse in something cheaper than the Medieval Blacksmith set.
  25. They're just the classic ovoid (Brickset has a good image), but eight unprinted in Dark Tan. Perfect for the customizer with a good selection of stickers. There are a number of Chima stickers that would work on these.
