New to LDD designer
Nachapon Bricks replied to Russell1982's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
The conical wheel is 12 teeth. So just place the middle one first. and hinge(rotate) it 15 degree (360 / 12*2 = 15). Then you can place 2nd and 3rd wheels. -
10189 Taj Mahal Render
Nachapon Bricks replied to Renderbricks's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
Thanks, they are same render made by virtualrepublic, just + color adjust & fake focal blur (image editing). Horizontal brick gaps of Lego can be 0 mm, but vertical brick gaps should be 0 - 0.2 mm. Simply proof this using real bricks. Brick bevels should reflect light sometime. Brick gaps / Bevels / position & rotation variety - Photo / Render compare: -

Thank for kind words and for first page, Superkalle. There are still many cool features didn't been test yet. For example: -add sound & music -hover mouse on door to show door open animation (Hotspot Perspectives Effect). -Add 3D modeling object. Maybe it can make mini game. But unfortunately, the site keep delete my virtual tours. Seems like they didn't allow free version (with water mark) to up load virtual tour. The Tourweaver 7 Professional Edition cost 700 USD. Because the flash VR format not support smartphone. I will try to upload HTML5 format, but the lens flare effect may not working. And all of my virtual tours may be delete by the site soon due to free version.

Thank you for your kind words, I just combine three VR renderings into an interactive virtual tour. My first try to use free trial version of Tourweaver 7 software to create simple 3 hotspots virtual tour. After enter virtual tour using link below, right click and select fullscreen of pop-up menu.(or use upper right fullscreen icon / double click / F11) Click / touch the green circle to move to that hot spot. HTML5 format: (support android/ios/win8 smart phone and ipad 's Gyro sensor.(tap cross-hair icon) http://sky.easypano....tml5-21180.html Flash VR format: (without icons) http://sky.easypano....5-VT-21179.html

A-Z, 0-9, symbols: Letters bricks always my most wanted LDD bricks because they are very very useful. They will extend tons of possibility what LDD can do. So I request them as most wanted prize for the rendering contest last year. But until now no any feed back at all. Than I got this idea. I will share LXF soon a I complete all sets: 1x1 tiles, 1x1 bricks, 2x2 tiles. LEGO LDD Letters Bricks by Nachapon bbqqq by Nachapon S., on Flickr

Great Job! It's good to have one more lego building software! I tried Max setting: AF 16x + AA 32x CSAA + AA trans 8x(supersample) on Nvidia Geforce GTX 660M. -Some line still not AA well and become dashed line. Maybe an option to chang line width can fix this? -Only Lisa of Simpsons heads draw correct lighting. Maybe it is a parts bug? JBrickBuilder by Nachapon S., on Flickr
