Family portrait of the Vermillion family at their estate, one of The Shades upper districts 'fortress mansions'. Mesuda and Kyliel Vermillion and their daughter Cassandra. The Vermillion family coat of arms is that of a Blood covered Boar as seen above the fireplace. Lady Mesuda is allegedly head of the rumoured Memento Mori, Lord Kyliel is a Lieutenant in the Dragon Guard and serves as Battalion Commander. Their daughter Cassandra was raised under brutal military conditions and is an Outlaws idealist who seeks to unite the Badlands in order to bring Freedom to all of Roawia. She only recently entered the Dragon Guard but quickly rose up the ranks and became widely known as the Full Plate Princess a nickname she personally despises, especially the princess part, so don't mention it around her as a few of the men have already been hospitalized. Introducing my new Secondary Protagonist for LoR;

Not sure why you were expecting a little kid...

Thanks guys, it's still a bit too clean and nice for The Shade, in the future I hope to create a better more run down and depressing atmosphere when creating parts of the city.

Aye, this true, mayhap vengeance will someday come.

Swiftly the Memento Mori (special acquisition and assassination division of the Dragon Guard, does not exist officially) descended, their movements barely visible to the naked eye. On their last mission they had plenty of time to study their target thoroughly and thus ensure a swift kill. As Bartholemue's corpse bled out onto the streets the Merchant approached, carrying a large sack and a vicious smile on his face. "A job well done lads, here is the payment as per our agreement." He threw them the sack, the shady figures retreated back into the shadows and the merchant walked away whistling. The end?

Very neat build, 'specially like the guy protecting himself from the scorching sun with his shield.

Have you seen my signature yet?

The picture link is broken it says "no longer available", I did see the pics on Flickr and it's great again I always badly want your sets to become real actually buyable sets, I may not have been the only one that was hoping Nexo Knights to basically be LEGO taking your work when we were first promised a new alleged Fantasy Era Theme (if only they did)

I have only limited experience with the sets and never owned any of the big Ninja theme sets (wish I did) but they seemed amazing to me and I would have much rather gotten one then the Medieval European Castle I got. This is neat, I really like the colour combo you've got going but it's a shame the picture doesn't show the full build from top to bottom.

I get what your saying, but the Minidolls to me feel very out of place like they are part of an entirely different product, and I also believe that the disadvantages of the minidoll are much greater then the advantages. But yeah I do get that some customers prefer the dolls over the minifigs, I was really just expressing my own opinion and didn't mean to sound like I was talking for everybody else if that was the case. Again, I only intended to speak for myself and not all consumers, to me having minifigs to go alongside all the other minifigs would be better but some consumers may only buy into minidoll sets and ignore minifig sets or enjoy both and that's fine, it's just to me a shame that I can't use the minidolls in combination with the minifigs (well I could it just would be weird unless in specific contexts) and I am grateful that the hair pieces of the more recent minidolls are at least compatible with the minifigs.
-
It still boggles my mind how anybody ever thought minidolls were a good idea, yes even for girls. LEGO is LEGO and Minifigs should be Minifigs, not incompatible dolls
-
I'd much rather see a return of Wolfpack for example, awesome sigil aside, too much green on those minifigs... well I wouldn't mind a re-release if they kept the green to the sigil alone but that's highly unlikely. As I understand it isn't the Ninjago line coming to an end and being replaced by Nexo?

Excuse me I believe I dropped my jaw on the floor somewhere, also never mind all the drool I'll mop it up later.

Everything is great but what I like most is how the door looks like a monster's head.
-
And that's why I want Modular Historical Expert Creator type sets! Yeah Nexo feels closer to 6-12.

Go fetch my Back Scratcher player!

It looks just right as an sort of old Medieval European castle and the size is well done too (as in not as huge as some builds but still looking really good).

Really liking, everything,

Loving the flags and juggling jester, I'm curious are the 2 archways meant to be alleyways and if so is it a coincidence there are horses in both of them? Unsure how to interpret them.

This is probably really old news to everybody here but I saw footage of the Balrog in LEGO Dimensions, and well after having seen that I really want to believe LEGO will release another wave of Middle Earth based sets...
-
The first and third pic don't show up for me, I'm not a fan of the wall texturing but think it looks good that aside especially like the gate/doors and the top battlements, I have to ask what part (if official) is the red spiky shield?

I think this thread should be about future Historic Sets not just 'Castle', but then that would exclude (Medieval) Fantasy... eh tricky.
-
I personally prefer the 'cleaner' Blacksmith but both builds are excellent.

Oh god the princess one is amazing, perhaps imo your best so far

[WIP] Hideout for the vampire hunters

It's amazing but yeah I think this fits better in Action and Adventure
