  1. Wow looks like I've been slacking here - busy summer. Anyways, I have further updated this build, addressing some tiny details and further increasing playability. I'll update with pics soon! Cheers
  2. Very nice!! You've captured a lot of detail in such a limited space!
  3. Both look great! I'm leaning towards the first one where she is leaping mid-air, however I think the second may be ever so slightly improved if her head was turned to her left just a bit? Cheers!
  4. ^^ nice. It's hit-or-miss with shipping.. I wish I had an official store nearby so I had the option of selecting my boxes when it comes to exclusive and hard to find sets..
  5. Well.. Just got my May the Fourth TIE... Box has heavy creases both front and back due to a combination of insufficient packaging AND FedEx handling.. Not impressed.
  6. Well don't leave us hangin'!
  7. Wow, great improvements wrt attention to detail!
  8. But aren't Stormtroopers already 'bad'? Hehe fun idea, I like it.
  9. Beautiful rendition! This makes.me want to abandon my OT Only rule lol. Cheers!
  10. Weird as I have recently experienced just the opposite.. 10188 in cardboard box, then 'airbags', then outer cardboard box.. But that was a month or so ago.. We'll see if my May the Fourth order is packaged just as well.
  11. I don't even know where to begin - amazing!! Such attention to detail, every brick has meaning! Very well done, you should be proud!!!
  12. Very nice! I want to do this now.
  13. Damn.. I'm gonna have to buy at least one more set now.. I like where this is going. More pics please!
  14. Didn't realize the book has trivia in it - bonus!
  15. Great interpretation of what an X-wing assembly might look like, and I love the 'stonework' - very clever!
  16. Must be enough demand as TLG is currently sold out of this after only a day or so of it's official release. I ordered one up for a friend so we'll see how it looks in person.
  17. love it!! One of my favourite settings in my all-time fav episode.
  18. ^^ I think it's one per household per qualifying transaction as I just tried online today (purchased a couple things yesterday) and it populated another poster and Admiral minifig
  19. ^^ still cheaper than the scalpers on eBay immediately after SW Celebration Anaheim.. Aaaaand you get LEGO
  20. Re the posters, according to LEGOs website they will be giving away a new poster each month starting now through to October for qualifying purchases. At least for Canada/US
  21. This may be my favorite SW build of all time. Amazing!
  22. In regards to buying 'lots' of LEGO, IF you have the time it can be extremely rewarding if you have some idea of what you're after and what parts are worth (and worth to you).. My recent score included a NISB Droid Escape 7106 (the original one), over twenty SW minifigs - many from the Death Star! Plus a few thousand bricks, mostly SW.. I paid $50. gave most everything a quick rinse, then sold a few hundred bricks (city Lego stuff) for $20. Net output $30 for a lot of useful pieces, a bunch of minifigs, and a sealed 'vintage' set :) There are always deals to be found!
  23. WOW great job!! LOVE your effort and attention to detail. Hope you plan on more builds in the future!!!
