  1. When I folded the wings up several tiles would either pop off or restrict the wings from being folded all of the way, so I found the best solution to be simply removing those tiles prior to folding up the wings. That section of the shuttle is hidden once the wings are folded up, so there's no visual difference.
  2. Due to the various shapes of the shuttle, when you go to fold the wings up for the landed display, it's necessary to remove a few tiles to get the angle right. The drawers hold those pieces for you so you can easily find them if you want to switch up the display style from time to time.
  3. Updated May 4, 2021 I am thrilled to be sharing this MOC with everyone, it is a UCS Krennic's Shuttle. The original model is courtesy of @cavegod, it was a pleasure to work with Pete again. He sent me over the LDDs to get started on the instructions, and after going through the model and building a scenic display, I built the model and am over the moon with it. It can be displayed both in "Flight Mode" (Wings folded down) as well as "Landed Mode" (Wings folded up). The transition between these two display styles is quite simple and easy to do with just a single person. The goal here was to give others who build the MOC the ability to choose their display style based on how much spare room they have. Parts List and Instructions: https://alloutbrick.com/products/the-director Some stats about the MOC: It is in fact minifig scale. Part Count: 4,305 bricks with 7 minifigs. The minifigs are of course optional as collecting Krennic + 6 Death Troopers can be pricy. Flight Mode: Height: 35 in. / 88.9 cm Width: 34 in. / 86.4 cm Depth: 16.5 in. / 41.8 cm Landed Mode: Height: 26 in. / 66 cm Width: 11.5 in. / 29.2 cm Depth: 16.5 in. / 41.8 cm Here are some photos of the MOC for everyone:
  4. Jaw dropping! I can only marvel at the size of it next to the AT-AT. I can't wait to see how the instructions/kit turn out, and some more pictures of the build of course. On another note... 24,000 pieces!? My goodness, this absolutely shatters anything I've built before. Can't wait to dive into the parts list and figure out a timeline to taking a crack at the build. Another great one Pete, congrats!
  5. Sure thing! Contact me with the information listed on the first page of this post!
  6. This is so cool! Definitely a model that has long needed a UCS rendition. Nice work with all of the different slopes!
  7. Shoot me a PM about where you got them from. If I can trace your purchase back to myself or Pete then you're eligible for the free upgrade. If you didn't get the instructions from Pete or I, then I can also direct you on where to buy the new instruction manual from us.
  8. I think you're probably right on this one. Perhaps I'll dig through my Bionicle bin to find a better one.
  9. Yes! However I was also referring to SB00501 in February 2021
  10. I recently finished up my K-Project model, and have to say... I was totally blown away. Mirko you absolutely crushed it with this one, I can't wait for your next MOC! Video Review: Blog Article & Pictures: https://alloutbrick.com/blogs/blog/review-starbricks-moc-sb00401-k-project
  11. That's not good! Shocked that slipped by, but thank you for the heads up, I'll get right on it.
  12. Absolutely pumped to build this MOC! Anxiously awaiting my Bricklink orders to come in. First impression is that the quality is better than an Official Set.
  13. Mirko did an excellent job with the parts for this one. It was probably cheaper than if TLG were to release the set, and I purchased 100% of them from Bricklink. 10 cents per piece without even trying to nitpick the auto selections made by Bricklink.
  14. Instructions and all parts ordered! Can't wait to get started with the build!
  15. It's not mandatory, but it is definitely a strong recommendation because by gluing the few parts the instructions highlights the ankles become much more durable. The only stability concern in the legs is the point where the feet and ankle attach to the upper portion of the leg (Where the leg is able to pivot), this is the best solution to eliminate that weakness while keeping the design as accurate as possible.
  16. Right I know what you are talking about. This is not an error unless I am completely mistaken. The very original LDDs as well as the updated ones both had that slope as LBG. I know it make seem like a mistake or a bit funky, but as far as I'm concerned it is the way it is supposed to be.
  17. Hm. I had not run into that issue. When I did the Buy all function through bricklink it ordered everything properly. Must have been a bug in the system if you did auto select. If this is the case I always double check the value listed above all of the carts (where it would say 8,935/8,935). I can look into the problem if the problem occurs for others as well.
  18. Hi. My email address should work from that thread... maybe the email you sent ran into some sort of error on the way over. Reach out to me at chrdvorak@hotmail.com and I'd be glad to help you out.
  19. Sticker available now: https://www.ultimatecollectorstickers.co.uk/product-page/lego-star-wars-ucs-moc-sticker-for-all-out-brick-cavegod-at-at
  20. Note to everyone who previously purchased the AT-AT Manual: I had just sent out all of the emails I could based on my paypal history. Due to limitations of how far back I could go as well as Ebay listings I could not find everyone. If you did not receive an email from me about downloading the new manual bundle for free, but had purchased the old manual from me in the past, please PM me or shoot an email to alloutbrick@gmail.com so I can get your download instructions over to you! Keep an eye out for this one!
  21. Okay everyone.... IT'S HERE! The update is finally available! In order to access the update, please visit my new platform for instruction manuals, where all future updates will come as well. LINK TO UPDATED MANUAL SITE: https://alloutbrick.com/ As for the model itself, it now consists of 8,935 pieces! The legs underwent a very large redesign to fix stability, and the body is now sturdier and can be pretty much thrown around by the handle. The base consists of just over 2,000 parts. There is also going to be a sticker for the display plaque available for purchase from Ultimate Collector's Stickers, and should be up on their site in the next week or so. For those of you who had previously purchased this manual, I will be in touch with you within the next few days, giving you directions to access the update for free. It involves going through my entire paypal history so be a little patient with me but rest assured if you purchased the manual before you will get an email from me about downloading the updated copy for free. I'm sure I'm missing some stuff here, but you'll see all the changes in images below:
  22. You do not need to repurchase. If you got the manual from me already you will receive directions on how to access the updated manual.
  23. I will have that info for you tomorrow night or Sunday, stay tuned!
  24. Exciting news everyone..... IT'S DONE! Before I can go ahead and get it out to everyone there is still a few videos I have to finish putting together for the model as well as one last parts list check. I plan to have it all done and released some time on Saturday or Sunday, but I'm going to push really hard to get it done on Friday, it mainly depends on how long this parts list check takes, that could swing it a day or so forward or backward.
  25. I got a laugh out of this. I feel like next week is going to be a big week. Not sure why, just have a hunch....
