Very nice! Looks great and I love the Tantive IV right beside of it!
-
Off to updating the parts list!
-
Nice MOD ecmo! I love the idea of securing in the 2 x 2 plates better, it definitely would help A LOT

The Rogue One sets look amazing. TLG really got it right this time after the small mistakes from TFA line, mainly Kylo's shuttle being DBG and the wings not folding. I never had an AT-ST set so I will definitely be purchasing this one and throwing in another driver. The only issue I have with this wave is that the U-Wing has orange pieces in the back of the engines when they are clearly blue in the trailer.

Had no idea this ship design existed! Regardless of that you did a great job and made a really good looking MOC. The ship almost looks like something from the Star Trek universe from a few angles.

I mean, you gotta remember, TLG easily can get away with releasing a "new" Death Star for people who are going to see Rogue One advertisement and suddenly want the newly released Lego Death Star.

Please tell me this isn't serious. As a matter of fact, it's so ridiculous it can't be serious.

With your current progress ecmo47, one thing I did for the top back panels was just build the individual plates and placed them on top rather than even snapping them in.
-
Will do Anio, I hope he enjoys all the money he lost by printing thousands of pages.
-
I would love to see more detail on how the legs were made to make it sturdy. I think that is the key to a strong AT-AT and if you did indeed come up with a good solution, I'm sure the Lego community will throw a party.

Nice stuff! Definitely a great AT-AT model, I am looking forward to seeing the entire process!

I could go $900 on the Frigate if I was paid through paypal rather than through ebay, but if bought through ebay $1000 is my final price -
Out of curiosity, is the technic structure the same as 10030's, it certainly look similar.
-
I tried something similar at first but didn't substitute 1 x 11 with 1 x 9, which cause issues for me later on so I forced them into place. How sturdy is your solution?
-
Just keep working through the manual ecmo47, another step will come up where you snap them in to a higher up set of pins and it will straighten out.

Sad to see Bionicle gone for good. G2 sets were underwhelming in my opinion compared to G1 sets. Yes initially seeing them in stores was awesome, but after the first wave, none of the sets stood out to me and I just lost excitement with the reboot of my favorite childhood theme. Maybe it's just me being nostalgic, but G1 sets were just better. Down to the point of the boxes being well-designed plastic containers with different color schemes based on the color of the set just made them so appealing to the eyes of children rather than a delicate complex cardboard box with the same bland design on each one. Looking back at the 2001 sets, what Lego failed to do this time around was hit us with some awesome BIG sets early. In 2001, the 5 big rahi sets released, the most expensive one being like $80, but people fell in love with the series. This time you were stuck with small henchmen villains and couldn't get a menacing creature the size of the 2001 Manas Crab, Tarakava, or Muaka and Kane-Ra. Not to mention that there still hasn't been another remote-control set since the Manas. It's a shame because remote controls are the ultimate functionality for Bionicles. So I am not too surprised that this theme reboot came to an early end, I just wish that they would have done this reboot right and I think if they did release bigger sets and better design, innovation, then we would not have received this message from Lego this early. Not to mention that the functionality of the new sets' shooters was awful and got studs everywhere. I prefer the hinge mechanisms and disks much more.

Great to see some progress from you Sethra, your build seems to be on its way to glory! As for people bricklinking this model, or thinking about it, something came up and I have made the tough decision to give up my Nebulon, more information found here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=138099

As some of you may know, I have designed a manual for, and built, mortesv's Nebulon-B Medical Frigate. It is a gorgeous model, but unfortunately something came up and I am left with no choice but to sell my Nebulon. It's sad, but I know whoever gets these parts will love it. My asking price is $1200, which would include a pdf manual if the buyer does not have one already. The final MOC contains 5,728 pieces and the manual is 1,493 pages. The asking price of $1200 is built off of the fact that when I bricklinked it, it was $800 without shipping (87 orders), so average about $4.50 for shipping per order and you get $1,191.50 which is just $8.50 off of the price. I also must mention that this price is developed from when I bricklinked it, the fact that pieces are now rarer for the model and more expensive is not accounted for. I would post pictures here, but here is a link to the ebay posting: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lego-UCS-Nebulon-B-Medical-Frigate-/122049372458?

Great stuff! You have just saved an unthinkable amount of money for quite a few builders!
-
^ same here. Having built one I would love to see the alternative. It would save builders hundreds of dollars.

Yes, lots of tables needed! However the best feeling is rearranging pieces abould halfway through and getting rid of a table.
