Really colorful MOC! Although paved way is a bit too much in the New World, I really like it! -

Feast at "The Spin of Fate" - FB1
blackdeathgr replied to blackdeathgr's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Hahaha, this MOC was made as an answer to the Duel vs miss Elisabeth Drondil (TitusV). Not quite that well made as my opponent but a fun build nevertheless! Loose bricks!?! yummy!!! -
I echo on that "low" side sloping. Plus it is too red for me Overall her lines and deck are really well made.

Excellent landing, especially regarding sand and tropic vegetation. Also really great is the pile of supplies. It is good that you wrote a nice side-story to accompany the MOC as i love reading those. And last but not least, i think i prefer your first pic. The angle is so perfect and after all, it IS sunny in those islands!!

The Empire of Oleon: Sign-up and Discussion
blackdeathgr replied to Sebeus I's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
The list is there for indexing purposes and because we love you! All we need is to ask us if unsure. Else we might swarm the New World with Oleon warships (not necessarily bad but we currently lack the manpower to man them) and there will be only one! Weeeeeeeee! -

The Empire of Oleon: Sign-up and Discussion
blackdeathgr replied to Sebeus I's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Oleon state-warships are: HRS Granoleon - of the Old World (defending old world ports atm) HRS Breshaun - in Lebellan HRS Eltina - in Lebellan Anything besides these are a fine welcome addition!!! So are we talking about our 4th warship Maxim or not? And what are the ships we are currently selling???? -
Duel: Hugo d'Offren VS Elysabeth of Drondil
blackdeathgr replied to TitusV's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I bow to the first opinion, Bregir! Regarding nick, i had it since i was 13 to 14-y-o, meaning at least 20 years now and i grew fond of it . It's not the first time i am hearing this opinion (change the nick NOW!), but Black Death, a.k.a. the (great european) Plague is fascinating and fitting, especially when i was playing with Zerg at Starcraft 1! Happy times! So it was either this or "Mosquito" from my also great basketball playing years- 55 replies

The Empire of Oleon: Sign-up and Discussion
blackdeathgr replied to Sebeus I's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Ahem, aren't you talking in the wrong thread? Where are the ships to be sold and who changed the 3rd warship's name? We can always add a 4th and 5th state-owned warships without physically MOCing them (but we have to buy/capture them, as i have read somewhere around ghere), so i guess this is the 6th state-owned warship since CGH MOCed it! -

[OL-FB] Stone and pancake
blackdeathgr replied to Franco Clarke's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I just came from a pancake brunch-turned lunch I like both ships' well shaped hull and their rigging. If i had to choose my favorite ship though, i would go for the first, maybe due to its good looking mast and the fact that it is black (i have so many black pieces left i didn't know what to do with them. Now i know ). What part did you use as a horizontal (mast?) btw? So nice our ship numbers are rising here at Oleon!
