    my worst was with a custermer service rep. I just bought 7991 and the latch on the back would snap off when you would open the door because it wasnt held on good. I called lego to tell them this problem with the loose studs on my set, The lady said "Listen stupid, if it falls off when you open it dont open it." So I said. "How am I going to play with it then." then she said "Play with it? Listen, you know these arnt toys right, these are complex building blocks models. They are not for kids. Buy some super glue if it falls apart." then she hung up on me. I like to think some one was listening in on her and they got the line "these are complex building blocks models" from the lego movie from her. Hope she got fired

    they worked off concept art. Did you see The Titanium Series small ship, It was WHITE!! Tarkin's uniform is tan in rebels (see here) Its not lego tan but its close as they can get.
