Hello All, Here i would like to share my latest moc, Kek Lok Si temple, a temple which located at Penang, Malaysia. I choose to build Kek Lok Si temple because I was impressed with the complex and yet fine architectural built when I first visited to this place when I was still young and the feeling is still fresh in my mind. Hence, this LEGO replica is a tribute to this great temple which had gone through all the important events with Malaysia throughout this 60years. Hope you all will like it and any feedback are most welcome. Cheersss :) Full Flickr Album: https://flic.kr/s/aHsm2MECpF Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/wingyewcreation/

Thansk for your compliment. Happy that you like it. :) Thanks for your comment. Yeah, it took 4sets of the Roller coaster set to do it. The top of the swings ride is make by sugar paper (a type of paper that people commonly used for making handy art piece) Hi SIr, thanks for your compliment and sharing some ideas of what you already have in mind. I think it will be great if you still continue to make the amusement park for Friends theme. As the 2016 sets, a lot of elements we can make use of it to create something nice out of them. Hopefully 1 day i could see you share your work here. :)

This moc is part of the FRIENDS Display (Theme Park) on the upcoming Build Your LEGO Christmas Event at 1 Utama Shopping Centre (at Malaysia) from 9th to 20th November 2016. It consists of 24pcs of 32x32 baseplate, which is my biggest solo moc up to now. This is definitely a very challenging task for myself, which I only have about 5weeks of time to complete this. (average 2-3hrs a day). One of the major attractions on this moc is this Friends Roller Coaster ride, which took up more than half of the size on this work. The most challenging part on this ride is the limited type of the blue track which is available. It only have 2 types of track, ramp up/down and a single size of curve track. In order to design a roller coaster ride which is looks “fun” and realistic, I’ve spent more than 3nights just to complete the draft structure of this track’s design out. Hopefully the outcome is not too awful. Besides on that, there is also an extended version of Ferris Wheel from the existing Friends set, Space shot, and also the Spinner ride which built by the great builder, Denil Oh. Below is the details photos. Comment and suggestion are welcome. [MOC] - The Force Is Strong With This One (Star Wars themed bedroom)
wingyew29 replied to wingyew29's topic in LEGO Star Wars
LOL. Thanks for your kind words. Yea, probably myself would like to spend a lot of time in it. :) Thanks for your comment and support. :) Yes, the R2 is the LED flashlight keychain, and the Vader is from the HeadLamp light, which come with the headstrip. I decided to use this size of the Vader is because base on the scale i'm making, it is representing a human height of Vader if it's scaled to Human size. So it is like a human height Vader's display in the house!! -
