  1. This guy needs one. Badly.
  2. awakening
  3. Can we get the mods to make this a tag?
  4. The Bugle for sure. Fun play features, as well as a tall building that works well with sets such as City Corner and Bank and Money Transfer.
  5. I don't know that much other than Axl will be in a fairly large set, Macy will come in a smaller set, and the Volcano Base.
  6. My predictions: $14.99- Small bad guy vehicle. Contains Magmar and Macy. $19.99- Small village raid set. Contains a soldier, a peasant, a Scurrier, and a lava monster. $29.99- Exclusive set. Medium sized lava monster vehicle. Contains bear-trap lava monster, Lance (Who has been captured), and Clay, who is on his hover horse. $34.99- Vehicle for Aaron. Contains Aaron and two lava monsters. $59.99- Dragon for Macy. Contains Macy, a soldier, a scurrier, and a high-ranking lava monster on a small flying craft. $89.99- Village Raid. Contains Axl on his hover horse, Clay, three peasants, Flama, another lava monster and a lava golem. $139.99- Jestro's Volcano Castle. Contains Jestro (Who has been turned into a lava monster), Magmar, Whiparella, the bookkeeper, an exclusive lava monster, a lava golem, Aaron, Lance, two soldiers, and King Halberd. No more predictions for me.
  7. Welcome!
  8. I am proud to say that I am now the owner of Chaos Catapult, Knighton Battle Blaster, Ultimate Lavaria, Beast Master's Chaos Chariot, and The Fortrex. Thanks to those who said they were at Barnes and Noble. Also, you can call me Count Jag.
  9. Sure looks like it. I hope that it will actually be as tall as it looks, hopefully as a reference to Night Lord's Castle.
  10. This thread is starting to look like the Lego.com message boards. Or the Lotr thread. Or both. @Sci I think they might have abandoned the competition. Was there ever a listed "End date" for submissions?
  11. Some of the NK sets are up on S&H and can be reached just by searching "Nexo Knights". I have to admit, I'm a little confused as to why they refer to Ultimate Aaron as a "hilarious set".
  12. It depends. Every Toys R Us should have the sets by now, it's just that some of them choose not to put them out until the street date. The guy I asked was so clueless he read me one of my own edits on Brickipedia back to me when I asked when they would be putting them out.
  13. I guess Lego knows that they messed up now. Surprised you found so many of them at the same time. Most licensed sets don't sit on the shelves for more than three or four months around here after their movie comes out. Even though the last wave of the Hobbit was pretty awful, I would have bought several of those just for the parts, and sell Smaug for about $70, since that's what he seems to be going for on Bricklink. Sell all of the Dwarves for $40 and you have yourself over 800 useful and rare parts for twenty bucks. Just realized I did all of that without adding in a discount.
  14. Good lord. I'm being dead serious when I say that Fortrex might be the best set released in 2016. A great build for sure, but the fact that it's overflowing with creativity (And little disc launchers ) really makes it stand out among the competition. This set defines what Lego stands for. Come to think of it, Fortrex might not be set of the year, but only if Jestro's Volcano Base is somehow better than this. EDIT: by Jang
  15. Thanks for the link. I'm also going to pass on this one, although it looks quite sleek compared to the prelims. Seeing the Lava Monsters up close really made me appreciate them for what they are. Ash Attacker is just perfect.
  16. Errr, because it's classic Castle, right?
  17. Cough it up Sci. Which one did you buy?
  18. These things are popping up everywhere now and I still can't seem to find them.......
  19. Review of the Chaos Chariot:
  20. Welcome, Celery. Look forward to seeing you around.
  21. If you were told about the S16 figs after you made the list, how is that playing dirty?
  22. I think that you mis-read my post.
  23. Brickset seems to have screwed up the US prices for some of the sets. Knighton Battle Blaster and Chaos Catapult, respectively priced at $6.99 and $7.99 each on Brickset, are both listed as $9.99 on S&H. However, the *awesome* King's Mech is not $40, but $30!
