    After I woke up this morning and it was still on "processing" I gave AusPost a call and complained about how my packages always sit at Alexandria for weeks on end. They took my tracking number and told me they'd forward the complaint to the center so hopefully it'll kick start the process. Maybe I'll get lucky and it'll arrive tomorrow, but I doubt it. Such a shame that it won't come before the long weekend.

    Prepare to be amazed as they put our wallets to the test with a 4000 piece Star Destroyer, 3000 piece Cloud City and 8000 piece Jar Jar Binks statue!

    Worst part about it is there's little to no hope that we'll get a slightly different colored variant down the line like the superheroes ones. Are those sand green pieces exclusive? If not I'm gonna start work on a custom sticker sheet cause this is one that I really want but will probably never get.

    Australia's free shipping is only $200 and the UCS sets are generally $300 here. Our prices are bad enough as is, but hearing NZ's prices makes me so upset. In other news, AusPost still has my Falcon listed as "processing." I guess it's time to call and complain, but I doubt there's much they can do about it.

    Nice find, but I doubt you'd be allowed to post that. Looks great as always but of course they just had to make it NYCC exclusive. Now we may never get a general release Boba Fett, and that's gonna piss a lot of people off, including me.

    Backordered is better than waiting for new stock. If you call LEGO customer service they should be able to give you a shipping date, they couldn't do that if you were "waiting for new stock"

    You lucky bastard! Very disappointed that I'm still stuck on "processing," but glad to hear someone is finally seeing some progress. Hopefully mine changes over later today or tomorrow.

    No doubt people will eventually try, but I think people would be more likely to bricklink the old one, considering this one has a few more exclusive pieces. The cockpit piece is going to be like grey boat rigging 2.0, unless it goes on bricks and pieces. Does anyone know if the Slave I, TIE Fighter and Snowspeeder cockpits have gone on there?

    I've never checked my S@H orders' sender info so I can't confirm there, but I have been fortunate enough to receive a set to review from LEGO through RLUG support which was sent from Denmark and arrived to me quicker than any S@H order ever did. Sending S@H purchases through LEGO HQ here does make a lot of sense from LEGO's point of view. Hopefully people's Falcons start turning up soon. I haven't checked the tracking in a couple days, but I'm pretty confident mine will arrive on Friday because I'm scheduled to work both days that weekend.

    ^Meanwhile this Aussie's falcon is still sitting in Sydney. You know something is up with our postal system when people with backorders get their falcons before day 1 buyers.

    Remember, the last MF was the largest set and was almost immediately surpassed by the Taj Mahal the next year. I was really hoping it wouldn't happen again and the MF would stay on top but it's starting to look less and less likely...

    It really is a joke, what are they doing that makes it take so long? Just checked my UCS Snowspeeder order from May, and it says arrived at Alexandria on 2/5/17 and delivered on 12/5/17, maybe we'll get lucky and this will follow suit. Getting it on the 25th would be awesome.

    I remember reading about this on reddit, apparently the polybag dome is too big! The post also said the perfect scale for the astromech in Red 5 would be a dome that is 3 studs wide.

    It's not limited, it'll be around as long as LEGO can sell it for, which is looking like it'll be a long time. The set is just very very hyped, and some people will go to extreme lengths to get it. I'm both disappointed and not surprised to hear people were almost fighting over it.

    @Markalus onya mate, now I owe you a beer! I was unaware that they even scrapped the threshold, thankfully they did :) Now, all that there's left to do is hope that it arrives quickly and safely.

    S@H shipping to Australia has been pretty atrocious for me. Normally takes 3 weeks for me. Aussies, do we have to declare this one? It ships from Denmark and costs over the $1000 threshold but we bought it from an aussie site and paid the GST in it? I'd be devastated if it gets confiscated by customs.

    Based on people's order numbers on the brickset forums we can guess that it was upwards of 3400 before the site crashed. That's a lot of falcons! Also, the product page no longer says "Will ship by October 1," it now says "Will ship in 30 days." Only a matter of time before it sells out now.

    Mines saying "In Warehouse" too. They must have had the boxes ready to ship and just needed to slap the shipping labels on them... Now we wait for the same chaos to ensue when it goes live in the US

    I was refreshing the page for hours while having netflix in the other window just so I wouldn't miss it. Glad I did because S@H took less than 10 minutes to crash.

    The waiting game sucks, let's play hungry hungry hippos! Really want to check that order confirmation to make sure I didn't screw something up in my haste to order it before the site crashed.
