First off: Ideas is way understaffed. As far as we know Tim Courtney is the only person who doesn't work on something else besides Ideas. Their support email is support.ideas@lego.com which can be a little slow. Also, I'm on staff for a soon to open Ideas forum which we hope will provide a better link between Lego and the Ideas Community. It can be visited here.

I don't think any year that has the Axalara can be considered the worst. I find 2010 and 2005 inferior.

Houston South Central Target. I got them to put out a brand new box but i only took one Gargoyle. Get them while you can. -

I have Laketown Attack. It's pretty decent and you get 5 minifigs. It will also be discontinued sooner than soldier's fort.
