I've been doing a lot of reviews, I am interested in joining. What do I have to do?

So based off of this thread I purchased Brickbeards Bounty today. I don't have either ship, and was looking to get one of them. I will probably end up getting both before too long, but could only start with one so far. I decided on BBB first because, A. Its an older set that I found a good deal on. B. I think the ship is more elegant looking, especially in the back. And C. The shark, that thing is cool looking. I really went back and fourth between which one to get now, but TBB will still be pretty available in a couple of months when I decide to get that one. But beyond that, only 3 things looked better about TBB to me. 1. Blue coats, I like them better than red coats. 2. The crows nest. 3. Higher piece count. But reading through the comments in this thread helped me pick BBB first.

Do you know for sure that new POTC sets will be out next year?

How do you do that? I've been trying the whole media /media thing and it NEVER works for me.

While it would be cool if they did an Imperial type vessel, I guess the plot of the next film might dictate what ships get released. My guess, (based on what I've read about the film) suggests that we MIGHT get the Flying Dutchman (due to Will Turner returning), a ghost pirate ship of some sort (Captain Salazars ship), and maybe and I emphasis maybe The Queen Annes Revenge and Black Pearl rereleased (because Barbosa and Sparrow will be in this film and both had those ships last time). But the last two I would say are less likely than the first two. So honestly I think the chances of an Imperial type Vessel are not good. Especially since that's 4 MORE well known ships that are pretty much certain to play a role in the film.

How come the 2009/10 theme also got IFS later? Is that at all a possibility again? Also is Castle basically on the same type of schedule?

I agree. I'm almost tempted to NOT buy the black pearl because I have a feeling that it will get rereleased. If they do two ships I bet they are the flying Dutchman and the black pearl.

I don't mind the fleshies, it helps give us diversity.

I have two of him, so I figured the other one must of been from schooner. My minifigs were the only things that survived my childhood. But at least that's something. ☺ I just looked him up on bricklink, I had no idea he so valuable. ☺

All this talk about the IFS is making me want to get one!!! Even though my wallet, and wife would NEVER forgive me.
