  1. This could have been my post. 100% Agreement here!
  2. Soo, I just took a closer look at the latest photos, didn't have time so far and don't remember any discussion about it here yet. TLC upgraded the SW faces to the current pupil-eyed-style, right? SO if we get a Landspeeder, Hoth set and Slave 1, it means we are going to get all new faces for Han, Luke, Ben and Leia? And they don't fit together with my Rebel Trooper army? Nice. Or not.

  4. on the first page of this thread. For me they should all be the same. They are blocky, cube-shaped, lovely, happy things to play with and not accurate action figures or even collectors items.
  5. Why do the other 16 come out so soon afterwards? Doesn't seem they are supposed to be in the market for 12 months or even longer. Guess they are developed for being rare. But since we all know what printed minifig parts cost, this leads to my 2nd question: Will the come assembled, so they are made in China and contain cheap elements? What themes will the 2nd run cover? Pirates, Castle? And will I be able to put my hands on these or do I have to pay 15$ on BL for the Zombie??
  6. Wonderful. Surprising. Amazing. Did I say surprising?? I am sorry for my rants in the past about the boring (yellow) minifigs. Forgive me, TLC! These are the sweetest non-Indy minifigs I have ever seen. Hands down. Looking forward to get these. Hopefully they have all the same rarity, not like magic cards or these japanese Kubrick etc thingies. THANKS, TLC! PS About the idea, that only parts but not complete minifigs come in a bag = come on, that would be evil. And bad. TLC would never do that. PSPS I hope these are not too rare and I can get my hands on these. I hope so a lot!
  7. Very funny film. I like it that they speak american, then english with danish accent, then they even speak german. I wonder what this is, is it going to be a new theme? Perhaps a new space theme? Or nothing like this at all, just random fun or advert for LU? Nice anyway..
  8. Thanks for the review, I never heard of this brand and checked it out now. I must admit, they have a good collection and interesting themes. Would love to see TLC doing the same sets, cause I am sorry, but they look like they don't have that skilled designers.
  9. I prefer 6086 over 6090. And that you list 10000 tells a lot about you, it is classy. Like 6086. 3739 is the one set I am angry I didn't get. And the prices today are horrible, even if the pieces are not that special. Would go for the 10000, still enough money for the 6040 to add. Perfect combination. And for the castles, well.. what do you think about 6086? @Xeno Studz: ADU.
  10. That is why my idea of a poll/ petition came up. They might have some designers prototypes, but even xmas 2010 should be difficult to target for 1 or 2 sets if they start working right now. Everything else would be too late, the last lineup will be out of their catalogue at summer 2011.
  11. Right, the old one is a bit outdated... Little joke here. Hope you don't mind. No seriously, the 4483 is one of the best SW sets, mine stands proud on my desk since 6 years and the head never felt off. If there is a new one, it will be a bit bigger with way more parts, something like 2000+ , not in the 150Euro area. Anyway, after watching Empire the other day, I find it frightening that TLC changed the Hoth trooper so many times, and it is still far away from how it should look like. Should have white body, white arms, grey hands and a long coat like Tatooine Luke, grey boots. And a white helmet, not tan. It is not white nor tan nor grey in the movie, but I think white looks good, just like the Snowspeeder colour is a compromise from light grey, that isn't common for TLC.
  12. Transblack - or trans brown as TLC always called it - is one of the most important colour for SW nerds. Wonder what we get instead. But if it gets darker, I am all in.
  13. Or wait til may to pick it up/ let it sent to you when you are in the US? Customs should be easily 30€, even if sent as a gift.
  14. Still no sign of 2010 sets, might the jedinews rumour become true? Is it too late (useless) or too early (panic) to start a petition for a few more Indiana Jones sets?
  15. Amazing! Would buy it at once. Love the colours you always use in your creations, they always seem to be the perfect combination between realistic and comic-Legoish! Oh and I love that you use so many Indy- and other fleshy minifigs! Cause I prefer them way over the yellow ones by myself! Love it, superb work!
  16. The upgrade is way too huge for what it can offer. I was really surprised how big it was. And how many mistakes it has. Minifig torsos and heads? Is there going to be an upgrade for printed parts? Or will it be 80mb big? Then I guess I will say thanks a lot.
  17. magnets Available for EU and US. Hope better quality than the Royal Guard.
  18. Very good review - thanks a lot for reviving some Exo Force here. Sometimes I am afraid it will soon be forgotten, like the Aqua Raiders, like Agents and so on. I have to admit though, that I only bought some of the humans' machines, cause I prefer minifigs way over these strange robots and I liked their mechs more. I didn't find it difficult to play with, cause I always played Space-themes in the past with a "phantom menace" - just patroling or fighting against nature. @Front: http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=61695 it is cheap for such a great set, get it while you can! Shipping from germany should be 15 or so to denmark. Thanks again for the review, makes me remember this nice line!
  19. Isn't that nice? I think it catched the attention of some SW & Indy-only AFOLS and other guys who usually concentrate on some major themes. But what I heard though is that Agents don't sell too well in general... guess no 3rd year.. EDIT: Forgot: I learned that it is very relaxing to have fun with some not-that-tough things. Since then I prefer some Roger Moore-Bonds over the almighty Casino Royale. Me thinks Agents captures some of the funny spirit, but should have gone a step further..
  20. Looks totally sweet and has some interesting technics!
  21. There was only the keyring me thinks...
  22. I already posted my offensive wish for more minifg diversity in City and now I include an idea that TLC came up with by themselfs: A trenchcoat minifg with Indys hat! How sweet is that? (As seen in the Agents online game)
  23. Can Indy and Prince of Persia coexist? TLC seems to say "no". I say "yes and no"! Sets like The Temple of Doom have old fashioned minifigs and an ancient layout, that could take place a hundred or thousands of years ago, so they are perhaps kind of too similiar to Pop. The setting, the minifgs, the atmosphere. But sets like Venice, Shanghai and Peru have modern minifigs (suits, leather jackets, soldier uniforms) and vehicles (boats, cars, planes) that are from the last century. It depends.
  24. Thanks a lot, Forcemaster, for the amazon set descriptions! They sound really nice, I am looking forward for using the new minifig parts for MOCs, and also I am optimistic to get a lot of my favorite colours: tan, dark tan, grey..
  25. If you want LU to come for Mac, please be so kind as to sign / reply here. Perhaps we will get some votes and one of the moderators/ regulators will contact TLC if there are enough.... 1st vote for a Mac LU from me!
