  1. It only has 280 odd pieces similar to the brown one in 2015 (251) It probably has a decent figure that’s bumped the price up or larger pieces that make up the base or both.
  2. This, Death Star II or Imperial shuttle remakes I predict. @UberCorp’s Sail barge is a good shout, Tie Interceptor is too small for that second UCS slot going off of past years I think.
  3. I assume you’re referring to the Grievous ship. That new Grievous figure and the ship better be good! Also ladies and gents, I don’t know about you, but I’m dying to see these new sets particularly with everything going on. Surely the Interceptor, AAT, Night Buzzard, Greivous ship, unknown exclusive are being leaked/announced sometime within the next week or two? @Childish_Landino
  4. Love the ideas guys and interesting to see we share similar thoughts! I know I went overkill with the Clone Wars but I really do think Lego will do the same. They’d be losing out on lots of potential money if they don’t but I’m sure they’re simply waiting for next year! @Mandalorianknight @Kit Figsto @ARC2149Nova Okay now onto the summer wave, albeit more difficult. Let’s see your predictions again guys basing it off what you said in Winter! Look forward to the replies! I personally think there will be some big Clone Wars sets considering we haven’t had a large prequel set in a long long time. If only we weren’t getting the UCS Gunship because I really want a system scale one! 7. Isn’t there a new trilogy planned for 2022?
  8. Admittedly there is no press release but it’s definitely there as HothFan1987 details too. Strange in all honesty that nothing has come out of Lego.
  9. Sorry yes you’re right about the pre-ordering! The AT-AT was unveiled on the Offical Star Wars Facebook today I believe.
  10. Seems to coincide with a new strategy by Lego to encourage pre-ordering of sets albeit the AT-AT isn’t available to do so via Lego.com.
  11. 12. The AT-AT has been officially announced, here’s hoping the others swiftly follow... (I’m sure the AT-AT leaked via Amazon Japan?)
  13. The comment was made relative to modern day Lego Star Wars prices. Thought that was pretty obvious but apparently not... The last version was released in 2014, had over 100 pieces less, one less minifigure, a worse interior, a less accurate design, less play features. I can only see a complaint that it’s £10 too expensive but even then that’s unconvincing imo. Not even going to get into the theory of money/pricing etc.
  14. I’d even go further and say it’s extremely pointless. Ah well, passes the time in lockdown.
  15. I would be surprised if after many years of not re-releasing this set they would have it a store exclusive for the 40th year celebration. I think it’s equally as an unlikely as the AT TE. You’d expect these sets to be in the main wave as a type of ‘flagship’ set. Again I could be chatting nonsense here (as usual probably). The Skywalker Saga game has a Lego version of the Naboo Royal Starship from Ep 1 on the official box art of the game so that could perhaps be an inclination of what’s to come. Then again I would be shocked if Lego doesn’t release a Clone Wars set with Maul in within this wave (this is based on the assumption Rex and Ahsoka are in this wave even though unlikely).
  16. Although I’m not impressed by the image (think they could do better) I hope so- I’ve been calling for it on this forum for sometime now! I think it’s quite telling that it’s included on there if I’m honest and I’m pretty sure we are going to get the set within 2 years.
  17. Ooo hadn’t seen this. £140 is a respectable price.
  18. Sorry I was told a spoiler doesn’t exist on this forum so it’s futile to complain unfortunately. Agreed. Would have made a lot of money if we had a Clone Wars wave in September for example but it is understandable why this didn’t occur. I can think of atleast 15 sets they could release based off of Season 7.
  19. I haven’t seen any leaker suggest it’s the beginning of Star Wars leaks. Strange that it leaked in all honesty. I don’t think the remaining sets will leak in the immediate vicinity.
  20. This is based more on my own wish list than actual set quality but not entirely... 1. 4 Privet Drive- Love this set, shame I have the Whomping Willow though. One of my favourite scenes which is why it’s so high. 2. Room of Requirement- think they did a great job at this scene. Love the features and the figures 3. Astronomy Tower- Look the quality of this and number 4 is insanely good imo. This just pips it because I like the architecture of the tower. Good figures too and another great addition to the Hogwarts collection 4. The Burrow- Pretty much faultless. The best they could have done based on this set. Would have love to see printing skirt bricks for Molly and Bellatrix. Again this could easily be 1. 5. Forbidden Forest- Nice set just the other 4 are that good. Figures great too. Will pick this up probably because of it’s cheap price 6. Hedwig- isn’t bad but for some reason looks a little bug-like to me. Still nice though.
  21. SPOILER FOR SOME REASON THE TAG IS NOT FUNCTIONING I’m now going to say it’s the Shuttle that carries Maul (Lego could call it a Republic Prisoner Shuttle). The last one in 2009 had 630 odd pieces so fits well with this. Republic Prisoner Shuttle 775, $99.99: Ahsoka Tano, Darth Maul, Clone Pilot, Shock Trooper(x2)
  22. The AT-AT is a definite improvement on the 2014 version for sure. I really like the playability of this model with the spaces for the speeder bike, E-Web turret, and a spacious interior for your Snowtroopers. The winch is neat too. The price is not great, so if I decide to pick this up I’ll be waiting for it to drop around £10-20. The legs are slightly strange too, maybe they need bumping up a little. The figures are decent- can’t really expect too many new figures in a set like this. Veers’ face is annoying imo but bearable, but I hate that the Snowtrooper don’t have skirt materials or backpack pieces- they would be perfect! WHY LEGO WHY?? Overall 7.5-8/10.
  23. Because the US have it so hard when it comes to Lego I personally think he’s not hinting at anything, but if he is it might be because he’s recently acquired rumours relating to 2021. Could also be the Summer Set we don’t know but that’s unlikely imo.
  24. Honestly doing this is such a fond memory. I use to go through the whole catalogue and rate each set. Then when it got to Star Wars at the end I was so happy. Sometimes I wish I didn’t see leaks etc and opened a catalogue nowadays to all the new sets! The Astronomy Tower has grown on me the more I look at it. Wonderful set and such a fantastic wave that many will remember for years to come. In other discussion I wouldn’t be surprised to see an Inferi cave if I’m honest as the final unknown set.
  25. Maybe it looks a little different too because the box arts are now cgi like (if that makes sense) rather than the actual physical Lego bricks.
