Was discussed at length a while back but the leakers have implied that it isn’t him unfortunately.

If that was so, the “501st battlepack” wouldn’t have a good price etc.

There’s my hopes for a bigger AAT out the window...must have some exclusive figure for it to be that expensive. The Soulless One is a mystery. Perhaps it has Boga because I don’t see how the price matches up at all. It’s not like Lego have marked up previous versions of this set before.

Lego Star Wars is back!! Great set and I’m a fan of the new designs. Atleast we now know what the Clone Trooper figure will be in the Greivous starfighter...a 212th Trooper with this new design. Edit: £25 in the UK is insane aswell!

Cheers mate. Yes I’ve actually tried to construct the 2021 waves as realistic as I can... the winter wave was perhaps too strong. The snowspeeder is a given I truly believe people would love a year of Lego Star Wars like this. Perhaps I could have included a more expensive OT set but I feel that’s been done to death recently and Lego will complete the Sequel Trilogy line and take advantage of the Clone Wars relevancy. *Breaking news* winter 2021 set list has been revealed and it includes 3 Landspeeders, a snowspeeder and another Boba Fett’s Slave One!

I’ve edited the post to say Loadlifter now so cheers! The thing is back in the day this could easily have been a wave... 322nd Trooper, Jet Trooper, Bo Katan, Owen Lars, Aunt Beru, Tactical Droid, Anaxes Trooper, Palpatine, Ahsoka, Trace, Clone Pilot in theory are the only new things. I could easily see the Frigate being re-done as it’s seen in the Bad Batch arc. Could easily be a way to get 2 Anaxes Clone Trooper’s then have Windu and Anakin as the other figures. I think we are more likely to see the Bad Batch ship (Havoc Marauder) than Palpatine’s also.

Oh it’s definitely ambitious haha, no way will Lego do 7 Waves! It was mainly just to show the potential scope of the helmet line. Whilst I was constructing the list, pretty on the spot I might add, I also thought the same regarding how you could potential focus on all aspects of Star Wars (films, shows etc). Hopefully the designers will see this post

It’s definitely ramping up the anticipation and excitement for the summer sets, atleast for me, which has made my interest in Star Wars Lego for the summer grow. Just have to keep being patient and hope they’re actually good! Following MKJoshA’s post my views on spoilers will cease regardless whether I agree with it or not. I think the helmet line has potential for sure. Crucially ‘helmet’ ‘means I haven’t included Maul but have for Grievous + Battle Droid as they’re droids... Wave 2: The Mandalorian, Scout Trooper, Death Star Gunner Wave 3: Darth Vader, Emperor Royal Guard, Snowtrooper Wave 4: Jango Fett, Phase I Clone Trooper, Battle Droid Wave 5: General Grievous, Phase II 501st Trooper, Phase I Clone Pilot Wave 6: Kylo Ren, First Order Stormtrooper, First Order Snowtrooper Wave 7: Captain Phasma, Sith Trooper, KOR (#1) Few more but hard to fit into a group of 3: Boussh Leia, First Order Jumptrooper, KOR (x5), Senate Commando, Purge Trooper

Just going to bring this back- “Spoiler is a piece of information that can make your watching experience worse.” I understand your points above I just don’t agree. “There’s no way they are gonna keep it underwraps”. Yes maybe so but until that occurs you’re simply assuming. My point is that if I went to the official Star Wars site (twitter,YouTube) I wouldn’t know this information. Hence in my view that is a spoiler because it hasn’t come directly from Star Wars themselves.

What an absolute load of nonsense. Your whole answer is littered with assumptions. Your first section literally contradicts everything else. Furthermore I’m not going to get mad at these ‘prestigious portals’ considering I don’t actively search for or have any means to which I can view their content about Star Wars. Palpatine was a reveal via official Star Wars means this is clearly not. Nope it’s you being lazy and inconsiderate. The key point is not the actor but you revealing a character in a new series. Anyway moving on because clearly we won’t agree on this topic... Summer 2020 sets need to official reveal themselves soon

This is a cracking post to be honest. Sums up how I’ve been feeling for a while. I for one like the helmets. I’ve hated planet sets, action battle sets etc but these look solid. The problem is though that whilst the OT are the best films according to some there are plenty of people who grew up with the prequels/Clone Wars and its what made them fall in love with Star Wars. I also hate this perception that to be an AFOL you need to like the OT the most. People are growing up and those who were first exposed to Star Wars through the prequels are in their 20+ years now and thus are also AFOL’S hence why the hell not in having helmets based on prequel characters (Clone Trooper, Grievous, Battle Droid). Lego needs to hit the reset button and start focusing on figures/ships/vehicles we have never gotten before from the films. I for one would accept a Winter wave that’s OT heavy if I felt I got some new sets based on the prequels in the summer of vice versa. I also don’t mind the rehash of sets (Naboo Starfighter etc) aslong as they were accompanied with new or much needs re-releases of sets from that film also. They can even throw in 1/2 sets per year from the other films(sequel,solo etc)/shows/games to spice it up just like they did with the Old Republic sets.
