  1. what are these hints you talk about. or rather where from? who posted hints
  2. I think it was obviosuly in conflict with Lone Ranger, Lego was already making a western theme with that film, you dont need a set that is DIECTLY conflicting for being too similar. It as never ever said that lego was making any western modular.
  3. Thats the general idea, but with twitter and instagram pictures can appear instantly from eager visitors. And im sure some people go there to see specific things and dont needa stay all day.
  4. SO far i think every figure whose had arm printing has been chinese. wich makes it seem like they only have that particular equiptment to print arms in china. and chinese made figures use a plastic that is different. they are alot more translucent than standard made lego figures
  5. hmm, i think it could be more accurate, could use some more red spots.
  6. Looks great! natural and lively!
  7. They were not in germany..
  8. oh, well then i don't think we'll see hobbit sets next week. unless they really is making sets based on dos alone.
  9. theyhave never taken secret stuff to new york toy fair before (i believe), everything on display have been photographable, and crowd control might be a little more annoying there. If they bring hobbit sets to nytf I'm sure people will be photographing them.
  10. lego movie video game, gandalf is in the game not the movie.
  11. It's this helmet, thought that was for the orcs. http://brickowl.com/files/image_cache/larger/lego-black-dark-knight-helmet-48493-26-579619-38.jpg
  12. Thats not a new print, the armor is same as ever, and the helmets are the orc(?) helemts from tha fantasy? theme or whatever it was. They did get lazy not making those helmets int he right color and putting them in the set yes, but the print was never new.
  13. Hes in lego form simply because they were making a black gate set and hes the most exciting unique figure from that event..
  14. This the case with every lisence ever.
  15. No, that was a DOS set.
  16. Mordor battle pack. Amon hen would be a huge waste of a set.
  17. Obviously it's a business, but what makes good business is happy costumers. it should be noted lego is a family business, no shareholders coonstantly screaming for profits to make their shares more valuable
  18. lego has made an obvious effort in regards to characters in the hobbit line. And it makes so little sense if wave 3 would be mostly all old characters with new prints. Unless they intend on covering bo5a participants in the bo5a set, why would they make a 2. laketown set? when that could have been used as a bo5a add on/army builder.
  19. gamestop.de: "Special Edition (GameStop Exclusive!) Features: The Special Edition is (following figure) in a special package including minifigure delivered. Exclusively at GameStop for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One."
  20. That was at comic con. But things are different this year, its being released in october so potential spoilers will come either way. The most telling part was that the sets were at london toy fair..
  21. toy biz is no more, alot fo the folks who worked at toy biz is now with bridge direct.
  22. The action figures have pretty much given up so wouldnt expect to see them anywhere. there isnt really alot of other toys based on the hobbit movies. just some vinyl figures and perhaps some plushies, Those usualy show up at random times, not a toy fair product really.
