So this game is over, and the SCARECROW won it. If however you are fan of another minifigure, stay tuned. Another game will start. Series 3 ELF, Series 15 SATYR/FAUN, Series 13 HOT DOG SUIT GUY and Series 1 DEMOLITION DUMMY are the last 4 to join this game, that will start in October! We will have 6 minifigs from series 6 (the most occurring), 5 from series 12,13 and 16, 4 from series 2,10 and 17, 3 from series 7,9 and 11, 2 from series 1,3,4,8,14,15 and TLM. No minifigures from series Simpson 1, Simpson 2, Disney, DFB, Team GB, or TLBM qualfied for this second game. This was the recap thread: So... goodbye and stay tuned, coming back in 50 days!

I expect that in some countries it will be released one month in advance. It never occurred to Italy. US, Asiatic, one time even IRELAND (dunno why). I don't remember which series, if recall correctly was series 5, that was out in Ireland one month before the others and in fact you found it on bricklink only in irish stores.

Round 13 is over and it was a victory for the VAMPIRE, it was a very difficult round! Now on to round 14 Rules are simple: pick your favourite minifigure among the one you see. This is round 13, we'll go through many rounds before stating the best collectible minifigure ever... but I believe it will be funny! Notes: minifigures are selected randomly. Only one minifigure goes to the next stage. All 384 collectibles released so far are present. 384 / 6 = 64, only 64 will survive the first round. I will tell the winner when going with round 15 and so on.
