Legends of Chima minifigures are appearing on ebay and nothing about this??? :(

I actually wouldn't be so much in such projects since I'm not a huge space fan... but I must tell this is outstanding and I really admire you for your work!

Do you know something I don't? Because today even legends of chima surfaced, and their images were asked so many times to be removed that I really hoped to see S9 BEFORE... but neither a semi-official list of minifig has been revealed... come on!!!

Am I the only one thinking that in the S8 picture the Evil Robot has been cropped some pixels too down? It is not aligned with the other minifigs.

Either Elf in a fantasy theme, or spartan/minotaur in a mithology theme.

This is the only thing that really makes me happy. In fact, I would have bought 4 5 man-bat from bricklink, now I can buy a dozen from this serie and overcome this problem. As for the alien, I don't like lime colour, it cannot fit a fantasy theme, I can't use it as a monster for my fantasy landscape, so I think I will get a 3-4x just for the cape.

This should be a guessing game, not a "wanted list", this is why people keep on suggesting these things, because they are highly probable. What's the statue of liberty if not a statue? Nevertherless they did it.

Seen the success (47 players) of the previous guessing game, I hope this will be even better. I start, my guesses for series 9 (out in January '13) are: 1)Medusa (I really believe they will reuse the snake tail piece for a collectable minifig) 2)Basketball Player (They were in a lot of team sports but I can't believe they weren't into Basketball) 3)Trekker/Mountaineer 4)Female Elf (There are a lot of female counterparts and they can use LOTR pieces) 5)Groom (They can use the ring mold, and they will surely do a Groom sooner or later) 6)Ancient Greek figure (male) (They did a lot of storic people and I really miss a greek philosopher or similar) 7)Female Zombie (They casted a female zombie in Monster Fighters, but I believe it would be likely as a collectible minifig too) 8)Ballerina (Probably reusing the Fairy Skirt) 9)Indian Snake Charmer (I reuse this concept from my guessing games for series 8 because I really believe we will have one sooner or later) 10)Medieval Female Fighter (maybe Angeli wasn't that far in having such minifigure) 11)Golf Player (I may repeat myself, I strongly believe in this fig) 12)Shaolin Monk (Like toth's design) 13)Female Aquatic Monster (Like the Swamp Monster in Monster fighters, but female) 14)Convict (Because I still believe we will have one sooner or later) 15)Female Native American 16)Baker, with bread. Let's see how many I got this time... last time it was zero...

Well, I IMHO think that what they wanted to know is if they will come in a piece already attached, like other minifigs, it's easier for feeling. And he confirmed that. Then, it's obvious they will be removable.

Ok, I looked for these informations on the LOTR-related topics but I didn't find anything. (maybe I failed searching, but there are so many LOTR topics that I was really lost over them) So, this will be a MUST for army-builders, and I rely a lot on this miniset. Does anyone know anything more on this? Please reply ! :D

Well... I might add a line. I hope no-one gets offended, this is just my personal view. I can see that there are people happy for this serie, which I state again, TO ME it's the worse ever, but I really can't imagine for neither a second people telling this is the best series ever! If you like Cheerleaders, Robots, "Alien Conquest"'s Aliens, Pirate Captains, ? We already had these guys! If you like english gentlemen, bat-men, conquistadors, american football players, female skiers... then well also they could be made before, perhaps just in different colours, but they're no new concepts. If you like a SLIM santa, or THAT fairy, well I can't meet your ideas, sorry. DJ, Cowgirl and Old school diver are IMHO useful just for the headgear... so nothing wonderful. I honestly don't like a lot the forestman with a pretzel... or also said, bavarian boy. I just save the Actor, which is very useful and interesting. And I repeat, TLC did a lot of very very surprising things, like LOTR, splendid new SW sets, the whole MonsterFighters theme is a BOOM to me... but really, I'll get this series just to get all those men-bat because I can't buy them on bricklink from the vampire castle, and for the actor who will become a medieval noble in my medieval set. Sorry, no offence meant to anybody. I just expect more from LEGO.

Ok considering I always get at least 2x of every minifig, here are there my shop list: Cheerleader 2x Football player 2x Skier 2x Diver 2x Gentleman 2x Bavarian 3x Alien 3x Robot 2x Fairy 3x Batman 10x Actor 10x Conquistador 5x Pirate 2x Santa 3x Dj 2x Cowgirl 2x Considering that in series 7 I picked up 10x viking woman, 20x knight and 20x marine... this series IMHO is the worse of all 8. I hope 9 will be better.
