  1. here ya go: http://brickset.com/sets/852704-1/Classic-Girl-Key-Chain
  2. I spoke with a Lego store manager over the weekend and was told that around August 16-17th they are expecting the TFA sets to arrive, they wont be on shelves until the date of course, but I was told that if I am there again before force Friday (honestly I probably wont be as its a bit of a long drive) they could let me have a preview of some of the sets. it may be worth visiting your stores and finding out when they expect to receive sets, and if they have them you might get a preview.
  3. based on the inclusion of more Bespin sets, I would wager the Carbon set would be: Han, Lando, Boba, and Leia. Lando I cant completely count as a villain even if in that moment he basically is. and if we are relegating Vader to a Gantry set then someone else needs to be freezing Han, and that would be Boba. as much as I want some ugnaughts I just feel like they matter at all in that scene. also does anyone else fear getting Lando in a cheap set but no cape, only for him to come out later in a 100+ set With the cape? (ala Sabine Wren)
  4. don't forget Luke, although he showed up later, the fight started in the Carbon Freeze room
  5. what Eurobricks merchandise is available, and what products might we see in the future?
  6. wow the whole build is amazing, but Samurai Dooku is awesome, I would go so far as to say he should have had that appearance in the movies. the Qilan looks great, the Dragon imposing, but the Nine-tailed fox that looks down right vicious, I can feel the dark side emanating from that one far more than the others. a continuation of this scene would be cool, when the point comes to send in the droids, a hoard of Oni would be perfect!
  7. do. (btw when do we stop and take a look at what has been written? I'm curious to read the whole story)
  8. swooned
  9. Tars Tarkas.
  10. they want to promote the Movie, the one that comes out in December... September is plenty early, and as many know hype alone is a form of promotion. if it were me making the calls on this, I'd be posting everywhere I can with silhouettes and ? marks on everything trying to drum up hype about Sept 4th. but still leaving everything hidden to a decent enough level that people would be wanting the day to come just to see what it was that was so secretive. at the same time there was a leak already and the MF and new X-wing boxes have been seen by some, so with D23 coming up maybe I let those show "early" knowing that a large amount of fans have already seen them. it gives people a reveal they ask for and keeps things that haven't leaked hidden until later. then ride the hype wave from September till December and capitalize on sales the whole way. but that's just what I would do (and there by what my guess is for TLG to do)
  11. if anything it will be the new MF, but I get the feeling that they will keep everything under wraps till Sept 4th.
  12. in a way true, but for it to even be close to the scale of the other micro fighters it would still need to be somewhere around 1500 foot diameter. (size based on at-at micro fighter scale) based on that I'd say the DS playset is a Nano-fighter

  15. on the misaligned printing issue, what has been the success of the replacement parts? are they printed "perfect" or are they just as likely to have the original posts .5 - 1. mm misalignments? I've had a couple of helms that where not quite right but close enough I didn't want to ask for a replacement only to receive one virtually the same.
  16. I am a huge fan of the Slave I ship, I even went so far as to hunt down the original 7144 earlier This year. now I am biased so I personally can not say its the worst but I will say its price complete With Figure was less than original retail... ouch... Boba Fett alone runs around 10 bucks for original grey, another 9 bucks (shipping included) for Slave I.
  17. OH that's just mean, there are some really great sets in the prequel trilogy(the best of which are in EPII)! its the Clone wars cartoon sets that are the ugly ones
  18. stopped.
  19. manatees.
  20. ok here is an easier one i think.
  21. obviously we aren't seeing eye to eye on this one (which is perfectly fine) so i want to know what takes something from Sci-Fi to Star Wars? there are the obvious things like Lightsabers and the Force. but there is also a ton of things common to all Sci-Fi games/movies Conflict, good vs evil, and Space battles. at first i thought it was the Narration as most if not all the movie trailers didn't include narration, but i know the original SWTOR trailer "Deceived" was narrated and people loved that one. what is the missing element here that would have turned this from "Sci-fi with lightsabers" int Star Wars?
