    Great job! I like how you just used the old castle pieces. The dragon knights should attack from the right hand side of the castle, there they could climb up the rocky ledge.

    Hmm. I would recommend the sand crawler. It will most likely be retiring soon. However if you just want a fun set the death star would be a good pick, it is debatable as to weather or not it is the best Lego set ever made. If you have a tight*ish* budget I would recommend the ewok village I think it has the most mini figures of any set for that price. Good luck and tell me what you pick!
