Thanks! Yes, it is a relatively recent piece from last year.

Thank you! Always like trying to work interconnectivity with other builds into my MOCs. Thank you!!

I like the depth of the MOC! Nice work.

My latest MOC: the City Library. It sits on a 48x32 baseplate and is a corner modular building. Highlights include lots of stained glass windows, a brick-built "LIbrary" sign, a bus stop on the sidewalk, and lots of books and bookcases.

The Art Nouveau Market Street looks great! Would love a building in that style. -
Thank you! Glad to provide some inspiration and welcome back from your dark age! Thank you!

Thank you! Thank you! Yeah, I knew the tiles and doors would need to be used in a MOC as soon as I saw them. It also took me a while to get all the different kinds of plants to include in here, so that caused some delay in finishing the MOC. I've been wanting to make a Surf Shop for a while. I actually was relatively deep in progress on one but my Studio file got corrupted, which was deflating. Was glad to put this in here as a companion build. Haha, not sure about that but thank you for the kind words. Thank you!

Hey everyone, been a while since my last post. Recently completed my latest MOC: the Neighborhood Nursery & Surf Shop. Features a mission-style nursery building accompanied by a small surf shop. I was inspired by the printed tile pieces from the fountain garden set and knew I had to use them in a MOC. As someone who loves houseplants, also have been wanting to create a nursery modular for some time. My biggest challenge was having enough unique plant designs as well as how to incorporate such a large open outdoor space that the nursery would need into a modular row without looking too empty. The Surf Shop is also something I've had on my radar for some time, so that became the companion build. The Surf Shop has some of the plants from the nursery out in front of their store as a sign of community support for their fellow local business. A mix of images and renders (some angles were harder to capture) below. Render Built MOC including some minifigs Stained Glass Windows and printed tile detailing Plant Growing on the Wall of the Building View of the exterior portion of the nursery Closeup of the Surf Shop 1st Floor Exterior Surf Shop Interior Plant Store First Floor I've also made a video overview that includes some more angles and interior views.

Founded in 1931 (as noted at the top of building), the Lego City Times serves to provide news coverage around Lego City. There is an on-site printing press for printing papers and distributing around the city on the first floor, along with a lobby, restroom, and waiting area. The entire second floor is where reporters and staff work to put together stories. Spent several months on this one, and finally got my last order of parts to complete it. Went back and forth on the trees in front, but decided it looked too empty without them even though it covered some of the architecture.

Great design!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! Figured I'd put the Moving Truck GWP to use in the interim.

Here's my Corner Apartments MOC. I went unfurnished for the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor for now for cost reasons, so I will need to furnish at some point. Also, I made this one easy to add extra floors for additional apartments in the future if that becomes viable. When designing, I tried to have slightly larger floors for a larger profile of the building than some of my past MOCs (as can be seen in the last picture). Lobby is furnished though. Unfurnished apartment floors. With some of my past MOCs.

Thank you for the kind words! Was just going for a humble building, glad it landed.

Here is my Post Office MOC. It is intended to be a small local post office to serve the modular street needs. The ground floor is the post office itself and the upper two floors are an apartment for the postal worker to live in. Here is the MOC with some of my other MOCs and the Parisian restaurant.

I ended up going with this layout. Found it tough with all the small pieces. I like your ring stand!

Finally got around to building this MOC out of physical bricks. Just in time for the official Pizzeria... Also snuck in some writing under the tables out front.

Here is a modular Bike shop I've added to my modular collection! Started it off as a 32x32 building but felt the style I had worked better as a 16x16. First floor with wall of bikes. There's a small studio apartment upstairs. With the Pet Shop and my Toy Store modular.
