    This is tough since I actually haven't bought any set in a few years! I'm somewhat recently gotten back into collecting LEGO again but I've found myself buying individual parts and pieces instead of sets. But my latest purchases, mainly from last week, consist of 5 of the new Dwalin minifigs, from Battle of the Five Armies, to start my own Dwarven army! Of course, I had to buy weapons, helmets (which I'm not fond of the ones I got), and a few different beards to differentiate the Dwarves a bit more.

    Awesome build but I think you could have added more to the wings since they look fairly flat. Overall, I think it looks pretty good!

    I can't wait to show off my Dwarves here when I get them! Maybe it's not much of an army but when I get them and post them, you'll understand the low number. And perhaps I could get some early feedback for my Dwarves before I begin to buy more things, if you guys don't mind.

    That's a bit harsh, don't you think? Maybe Bacon doesn't have fleshies, I don't know, or maybe he just prefers yellow minifigs. As long as it makes sense, I think it shouldn't matter.

    Here are some builds I've gotten up, in case you guys haven't noticed. Dwarven Diplomacy The Dwarves Overall though, I wasn't happy with my minichallenge entry but I really really hope I win it for Ulandus, it would mean so much to me! Once my minifigs arrive, I can execute my vision that I originally intended except for the helmet, which I wasn't able to find until this morning. The helmets I planned on getting were Pearl Dark Gray Winged Dwarf helmets.

    This is a nice build you've done, robuko! I can see what you mean when you say it's not total finish, the ground looks a bit naked, if you know what I mean. I really like the complex aqueduct you've made though, it's awesome!

    I'm looking for a great look to give my Dwarven soldiers and I think I have an idea. By any chance, does someone have the Dwalin minifig from the Battle of the Five Armies set and the Pearl Dark Gray Winged Dwarf helmet I could see for reference? I'm thinking this would be really neat. If someone could show me that and any other ideas, that would be much appreciated.

    This is a nice build with a nice story and all but, I'm confused. Is this supposed to be a freebuild or a guerrilla? And I thought the Ruadhi were remaining neutral as well, unless you talked to SarahJoy about it.

    This is a very powerful guerrilla and I'm glad you used it against the High Council! I also really like the rhino you made as well.

    They did enslave the Leander, yes, but not any other race. There was also a legion comprised of Leander as well, who really weren't enslaved. The Desert King, just like any other king, likes to be showered in gold and riches, which Dwarves like to mine and extract, so they would easily be enslaved and forced to mine for the Desert King. Dwarves are also hardy workers.
