I'm confused by your first question but the two transparent bricks make up the cockpit.

Ordered by Kawashita superiors, Wilhelm has launched an expedition to The Hamilton Belt to hear any transmissions for any alien activity. So far there has been no sign of activity in the area, so Wilhelm believes. Their old Grouper TX-51Z ship, armed with some classic plasma cannons on the sides is ready to deal with any hostiles that may pose a threat to Kawashita explorers. The Grouper, of course, is inspired by the "Goliath Grouper", an ancient specie of fish found on Earth. The ship may be slow but it sure is a juggernaut and is built to last... for a while.

That's actually a really good idea. I just don't want to seem like a pest when it comes to a change in name and/or picture. I really like your idea there so I'll definitely keep it in mind.

So you mean like a free build? I just think that if you do so, people won't be able to recognize your character. The name change would have to be an equipment for sure seeing as how it'll have to be changed for the signature and player index. I suppose the same would have to be done if you change your character's face too, not so much as his attire.

I have two ideas for "personal equipment". If I had to guess, it would probably fit under the "additional" category but anyways, my idea is a "genetic reconstruction" or "plastic surgery" for your character in case you want to change his appearance. My reason for this suggestion is fairly simple, the person may not like how their character looks after a period of time or expands his/her LEGO collection for a character with a more suiting look. My other suggestion would be called "new identity" or "my new ID" and that basically allows you to change your character's name. The reason for it is similar to the first reason for my first suggestion - the person may not like their character's name so they want to change it. I'm sure with the newer age technology, these can come true. I was also thinking about one of my older suggestions for a second character. Perhaps if a player pools enough credits or reputation or something, they can "genetically engineer" a new character?

Nice build and I really like what you did with the Awesomnium. What did you do?

I was looking at the Tech Tree and saw the "Battlefield Research" skill. Upon getting that, does it also allow for the Special Forces to become militants? Or is generally just for a building?

It's good to see us grow! Good idea, I'll second this. I'd also like to point out that we should get to Guinevere as soon as possible. Gold can be extracted from there and would be good to have control over. We may have to fight M.A.N.T.I.S for it though. Onix is pretty close by and Copper can be extracted from there too. Freegate is very promising, especially for the Mithril, but we shouldn't try to advance there yet seeing how far away it is. Octan and M.A.N.T.I.S will fight continuously for the Mithril if they both choose to go for it.

I was looking at the Technologies & Equipment again and thought of a clever idea. I really like the Memory Implant but reading the description, it seems like you can only buy one. How about they stack? That way later in the game, people can open up their building options even more to help build the ultimate empire? And will there be more equipment introduced in the future?

I like writing stories as well so count me in if you'd like!

Wilhelm reporting in! OoC: For the special forces, are there different "squads" and how does one become a higher rank rather than a Private or something?

My guess would be that you could do a micro build of the overall layout of an area or a ship then do a new scene representing a minifigure scale scene. That's just a guess and something I plan on doing.

Thanks! The Goliath is more of a nickname for my character though. I'll probably refer to my character more as Wilhelm. Not sure as a last name though.

I suppose I'll join here. Note this picture is a temporary and is a basic idea for what my actual character will look like when I get him up. Are you hinting that if I choose purchase the pilot class as a secondary if I'm a special force, I could do that? You could do it on foot but vehicles would be much more badass. I just like the idea of being able to kill any alien life or people from opposing corporations. I suppose if I think about it more, I could do so as a special force but I'd have to be raiding something, like schematics, some gadgets, weapons and armor, or even food? Okay, so being able to have a brick-built robot, similar to Oky's in that link I posted, is out of the question? (At least for a long while?) Alright, good to know. So, as an example, I could build a drop-ship with an NPC pilot while my character and other NPCs raid a place?

I was confused with the overall job that the Special Forces do. I just don't agree with it entirely, like the spying part. By all means, raiding other corporation ships would be awesome! I feel though that there should be a sort of "Colonial Marine" class who basically clears an area on a planet for an establishment, like a facility or resource extractor. I figured I'd ask about that since I had the idea in mind of building a protagonist kind of like this and be known as a GOLIATH unit. If there is more leniency for that in the future, could it be possible I can do something like that if people are able to have a second character? Also, if you do a scene where say you choose the Special Force class, are you able to build things like a ships if you raid them (for piracy) or going on a surface to guard something (so a type of structure with fauna and such in the area)?

I actually wouldn't mind that. Chima did it pretty good, especially with that elephant vehicle thing. World of Warcraft is very popular so I could see them doing something eerily similar to it. I would just hope for Dwarves, Orcs, Goblins, Elves, and Humans to complete a nice fantasy theme.
