  1. I’m falling so far behind...I still need to get the Easter parts...and the dachshund & astrodog torso...now that cool tiger one. The hat one will be fun for a random wizard for DA as well.
  2. That’s....a lot of goblins. Nasty little buggers.
  3. Your talent consistently blows me away, but this? This is your best work yet. You really went all out with the details in this one. Your characters, as always, are delightful. You always capture & give them such personality. I zoomed in on that floor...I have no idea how you did it. Just amazing in every aspect.
  4. A decent little set with great torsos. The fort is a great build & the sled is neat.
  5. Weird indeed. I also received my shipping email of the Brickheadz yesterday, even while others who ordered at the same time are getting delays. Well, minor headache turns out to be a win-win. GWP and free Student Pack. Be sure to give your fingers a good rest, that’s a lot of building doing your way...eventually.
  6. You didn’t get a separate order for the Brickheadz? I got it out of nowhere sometime the following day. I’ve been doing the same, looking at pictures of people who already got & built them. I just can’t look too long, it’s too painful. True, a lot of repeats there. But I wonder if any of them will have new/updated prints... i took a look at some other big sets for comparison, for the sake of comoarison. Welcome to Apocalypseburg! is $300-13 minifigs-3119 pieces Ninjago City $300-17-4854 Assembly Square $280-9-4001 Death Star(2016) $500-27-4010 AS certainly falls flat in terms of minifigs, but piece count is nice there. Looking at Apocalypseburg, feel cheated in the minifigs department there, but that many more pieces for $100 is definitely great. Ninjago City...feels like a bit of a cheat when it comes to minifigs. Then, Death Star, fantastic in terms of pieces(this suffers the same as Mos Eisley in minifigs). As you said at the end, that’s what really matters to me. I love minifgs as much as the next guy, but the set itself is what should be the standout. And this delivers everywhere. It’s a building toy after all.
  7. I agree. While I was hoping to get Rita(once we saw she wasn’t in the CMF)-she would make for a great minifig print. I think we all just hyped ourselves up too much on who might be there & how many there would be. I’m quite happy with the selection. And seeing the Mos Eisley Cantina has 21....but they’re a whole other ballgame.
  8. Weird. Seems to be a bit of a norm. I wonder if something happened in the warehouse in the last day or two... I ordered on the 31st the second it became available. I got my shipped email on the 2nd.
  9. I’m the opposite...thankfully. Sorry.
  10. Yesterday. Set to be delivered on the 9th.
  11. Haha, kudos to CS once again. I got an email this morning which reads, Dear LEGO fan, Thanks for your recent order! An invisibility spell was cast on Hagrid and Buckbeak Brickheadz set that should’ve been included with your purchase. We’ve used a charm to counter the spell and make sure the set is on its way to you! You’ll receive another email once Hagrid and Buckbeak leave our warehouse. They’ll arrive separately from the rest of your order. Love it.
  12. Totally. I learned so many new names & races through LEGO SW.
  13. Just checked & last year’s Gingerbread House had 1477 pieces at $99. When I first saw this set, it looks like a $99 set to me. But, that could be my wallet’s hopeful whispering in my ear. In fact, most of the $99 sets had more pieces than this one does. The train had dramatically less, for obvious reasons.
  14. Well, hopefully by the time I recover from buying DA, the WV set, Modular, and Ninjago Gardens...this set will still be around because I’d love to have it. It looks to be the complete package, minifigs & all. I call it complete despite it not having Luke’s Landspeeder because we have plenty of those already over the years.
  15. I love the look of the set, the computer looks great. The building is a cool shape & looks to have some nice details a bit of a shame we only get one reindeer, but understandable. I agree & disagree with you on the elves front. From an AFOL point of view, some different prints would be nice, but on the other hand elves generally dress the same. A red hat or two would be fun, but that would ruin the exclusivity of it in the BaM tower(although I think it was a keychain as well...).
  16. As much as I wanted to do faster shipping, $40 on top of what I spent wasn’t gonna happen. I’m sure I’ll regret it come day three...
  17. *takes a deep breath* IT SHIPPED! Now the impatience begins. As I built Privet Drive, and watched CoS, it got me so much more excited for this set.
  18. Yeah, I knew about the overseas product being here, but it has a sticker added to have the necessary info. I’ve seen a handful of those on store shelves, but not boxes without(that I noticed anyways).
  19. I hadn’t seen this mentioned, I noticed my Privet Drive box doesn’t have the piece count on it, but the AT & RoR does. Weird.
  20. Walmart has had the last two series(DC & 20) at $3.44. I haven’t seen HP in stores yet, but I imagine it’ll be the same. Some of the builds are nice as well. The Goblet of Fire is definitely the show stealer. The couch build, with golden egg is most welcome as well. The table & trees are decent. The Yule Ball poster is a nice print. Same. It did take two days to go from In Warehouse to Shipped for my last order. This is like the wait appetizer to the week long wait it actually get the set.
  21. Now that I(and we in the States) have caught up...I built the AT. It’s a pretty great build. I love the greenhouse and the, yet again, new Mandrake print-my favorite of the three. I’m fairly certain this was mentioned...but no Luna in the front call outs of the bags. And why does she & Draco not have wands? Even Neville comes with a wand. Especially Draco though, kinda hard to threaten Dumbledore without a wand.
  22. As some have said, some stores have them separated & labeled. Or just keep tabs on Target & grab them that way. Right on, a win-win! You may have came out better with the Student Pack.
  23. On a big release, it’s better to get there at least an hour before the store opens. That’s usually when people start showing up, at least around here. You always have good company though. I assume you ordered last night? I looked to see if there was a time stamp on the order so I see when the Brickheadz was added, but no luck. Best case scenario, they give you some VIP points for the long wait.
  24. Interesting...I ordered DA 10 minutes or so before it hit midnight, so no Brickheadz. Checked this morning, now “In Warehouse.” Checked again just now, I have two orders from last night as “In Warehouse.” In a slight panic, so I looked. One is the Brickheadz. I didn’t contact CS or anything either because I wasn't too bothered with it anyways. So this gives hope to others who ordered before the official release time.
