Wow,that is one awesome castle scene. The landscape is cool and that waterfall is the highlight to me. I can't wait to see the added village!

brickmack...did you suggest he get rid of the manuals? Why would he do that? What I do for storage is put them in ziplocs and then put them in those big plastic bins, then just stack them one on another. Although you'll need a lot of bins depending on the size of your sets, of course. Another idea I've been playing around with is getting file cabinets and store sets in there. They're fairly deep and long, so they'd hold pretty well. Again, you'd probably need a lot. Let's see some pics!(echos the majority)

Upon opening 2507 Fire Temple and shaking out the contents, two things gave me quite a shock, instruction manuals(3) were all in good shape. No bent corners, no rolling up when placed on the table. But, the biggest shock was the fact that something was missing, or so I thought. After seeing the box front of said set, I was expecting to find the beloved DSS, but there wasn't one. Now, to my question... Why does every other theme have stickers, but this set doesn't(it has 7 printed pieces, 6 of which are the big window panes)? This is my first Ninjago set, and I've never really followed it, so I'm not really sure if they all have printed parts or not.

I also have a few of those pieces, the black 1x2, the grey 1x3plate, the light grey angle plate...I guess it wasn't just me...

Anyone who built 7965 MF, this question is to you. At the end of stage 4 of the build, I seem to have an odd bit of leftovers... 1 black 2x1 1 light grey 1x4 plate 3 tan studs(plus the ordinary extra 1) 1 light grey 1x2x2(?)plate. It's a 90 degree angle piece o oo looks like this if you squeezed the single o on top of the other I've double checked the instructions and I can't seem to find them... Also, after building 7879 I seem to have a lot more white cheese than the set should...I feel like I'm completely missing things because I checked the manuals numerous times?!

I'd go with the police station. Overall, it's just a much better set with a better variety of figs. Plus, you get a dog and white bicycle. The building is a lot cooler looking than the FD, as well.

Option B. Alien Conquest is just a great theme and both those are good sets. Plus, you can't have an air battle with a carriage...

Wow, you really jump into stuff, don't you? In just 2 years you've bought that many, that's crazy. I've been collecting for about double the time and I don't have anywhere near that amount, and I buy a lot, or so I thought. Like mentioned, just slow down and enjoy what you have.

I'd say you caught Riddles face really well, nice job with recreating this scene.

I'd say yes it's worth it. While there's a few figs that are repeats, the selection is really good. All the buildings ate really neat and it's a pretty fun build. Plus, it's a pretty good value for the money, 3 buildings, a lot of good pieces if you're into MOCing(glow in the dark pieces).

Anyone Sebulbas pod racer tip back when on it's stand? Anakins stays fine, but not his...

I'd go with option 1. Both sets are great. The Mill set has chickens, goats, buckets and is a cool set overall. UFO set is just as good, the abduction feature is great and comical. Lots of good figs as well.

On the projector shot of the Amidala fig, it looks like there's a item number before her name up in the left corner. Anyone make it out?

I'd either go brick built or not at all. Depends on how good a builder you are, if they'd be discernible as such or not.

Queen Amidala BP FTW! I hope we get more clone based sets/vehicles. I've been getting into the clone army building and I'd like to up my arsenal as well. Also, more clone BPs would be just fine by me too.

I'm with you, I don't think it's too bad. I just look at it like they're trying to give us as much of a Hoth base as they can give us. It would be way too hard/expensive to give us an accurate base. Although a cool idea would be to make it in sections. January releases, give us, say a bacta tank section, then July release, say a control room section. Better yet, do 2 sections with each release. I know people compare this to Battle of Endor set, but you have to remember, that was just a bunker, so of course it'll be easy to reconstruct in Lego. Hoth base spans a lot more earth than that. I think they were just trying the ol' "best bang for your buck" with this.
