Well done. The building has a very modern feel/look to it. The guitar is well done and blends in just enough to not take away from the overall look of the facade. I love the emo hair!

Not every building on any given street are the same size. So why should the modular line be any different?

Found me a Black Knights Castle(6086)!

Wow, talk about a deal! Obviously they didn't know what they had. I just checked eBay, and you REALLY got a good deal. One auction was with box for $91 sans shipping. Good find! -
LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

I'm catching up on it, especially since they had a 4th marathon last month and played most of season 3. I'd buy the seasons on iTunes if it weren't so expensive! -

Show Your Army, Navy, and Collection Display

Anio, just watched that video, very impressive. What does that Venator weigh?! It, among others looks like a chore to move it. Also, I'm not so familiar with UCS sets, which ones are yours and which are official, I know some, but not all. You truly are a great builder, this video proves it. Your knowledge of SW vehicles and your attention to detail is bar none. If Lego ever gets wind of this video and does not hire you, I'd be shocked. -
Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here

In regards to your link, your best bet would be to get in contact with the seller of that display piece and either make an offer or ask what he's offering it for. I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you a price point, simply because those are so exclusive. Good luck! -
LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

I wasn't sure what exactly a Geonosian zombie was, so I googled the little critter and I don't see why you're so appalled by the fig?... I think it looks pretty cool and not much different. -
Hopefully they'll expand that packaging the instructions and stickers in the cardboard backed bags.

First, off topic but, Cwetqo, where'd you hear there's going to be LOTR next year? I'm going to echo the majority and say these sound promising, but awaiting pictures. The camper and the cycle sets both sound enticing. The best possible news for getting both police and fire in January is *hopefully* no police and fire in the winter wave.

Big medieval landscape: BIG UPDATE on page 26
Vindicare replied to maydayartist's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I understand life gets in the way(that pesky life ), just wanted to bring this thread back to the first page. Can't wait for your next setoff pictures. -
That's a cool landscape you've built there to go alongside the MMV.

Very cool castle, all the details are good. I like the protected throne room. But what's with the dragon knight wizard? Is that some sort of bar less cell?
-
Finally got around to checking your flickr, great shots! How did you get that grasshopper shot?! Edit: read how you got that picture.

But, he specifically said,"both are to be kept like that forever." Hmm, I guess we'll have to wait for the official answer...

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

Actually, Selubla is 3 pieces(the new one, that is). Body, 2 arms. -
There are these things called books. which gave away that particular ending a few years ago. Although, I know not all HP fans have read the books, I'd be surprised if most have not read them. I saw PoA and that got me wanting to read them.

What do you mean when you say damaged? I'm curious because I've bought many sets, but have never had damaged instructions, just bent corners or instructions don't lay flat.
-
How is that not pointed towards anyone? You just mentioned plenty of members here, myself included. I buy sets and build them as they should be, some I even build once, take apart and bag them. Not because I care how much they're worth, but because I don't have the room for everything. I think it's pretty dumb of you to suggest to us members who don't MOC to buy stamps or...Pokemon cards... I also make a list of what I have(via Brickset), again, not because I care what the value of my collection is, but because it's nice to know what I have and how mu h. Now, while Brickset has a value listed, I don't care about it, but I do enjoy looking at the piece count and keeping track of my minifigs.

What current sets are good to stock up pieces?
Vindicare replied to youtoo's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Yup, modular are your best bang for buck sets. They all are up in the higher 1,000 to 2,000 piece count. And, a good variety of pieces. -
Wow, that's above and beyond right there. Do you remember her name? If you do, I'd definitely send an email to the correct Lego department and tell them what you told us. It's always good to inform the higher ups of a company when someone does that.

Great, it's Red Castle Grounds all over again!

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
Vindicare replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Ah, that makes sense. -
I know, I know. Bumping an insanely old thread, you're wondering, why?! I'll tell you. I was checking this review to see what color that 1x1 grille piece is. And I noticed that "Inspiration model". And, I was curious if anyone has built it and maybe has instructions or part count? I'd like to add this "official" set to my street.

I think he may be my first as well. He just looks pretty cool. I'd almost hate to buy him though, because I may want to dive further into this theme, I really can't afford another theme
