Sorry to further this off topic-ness but, in the Phantom Menace, Shmi tells Qui-Gon just that, there was no father, one day she was pregnant. The Legonator-- Isn't there a picture of the back of the Hoth box that has is folded out? Check a few pages back.

Are you in the States?

Oh, I remember all that, but I wasn't referring to the second one. He was a punk in the second one for sure, his anger and hate was taking over, although rightly so, since it involved his mother. And, Stout, you bring up good points to, I hadn't really thought of it like that(speaking of the Ep. 1 Ani). The Ep. 2 one, on the other hand...

I was thinking about HP sets the other day and I think there's plenty of potential left in this line. They could make a killing(IMO) on making single buildings as sets to make Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. They could release building after building so we could have a full town of each. They could have a UCS theme as well. I don't, however see them surpass SW, but they could be nearly as big.

In Episode 1, let's not forget little Ani. He saved Jar Jar from Sebulba and helped Qui-Gon get the parts needed from Watto. Him starting out good is clear. I think he was good up till Ep. 3 when Palpatine started to influence him.

Yeah, I like the numbered bags as well. My usual building table isn't all that big, so it's nice building sets in sections.
-
I just started building this and all mine(you're referring to the discs that have 4 studs(2x4) in the center with an open hole in the very center). The ones that go on the feet, correct! All the studs are solid with the "LEGO" stamp on them.

While I really like the EN and was in your position when I bought mine, I'm gonna suggest you get the Imperial Flagship, it's just so impressive. If you're going to get all three eventually, then I'd go with EN first, however.

Got another 10195.
-
Wow, very cool tree. I'm a bit lost though, what set are those brown tubes from.
-
10194 Emerald Night worth it even for a non-Train enthusiast?
Vindicare replied to Enpaz's topic in LEGO Train Tech
I would recommend getting this. I have it, and it's the one and only train I bought. I'm not much of a train guy, but I'm also looking into getting the Maersk and new red freight train. The EN is a pretty cool train, but the minifigs are a bit passé... -
Yeah, I just went to my local TRU. Nothing on the shelves or in the back, bummer.

It has a green check for "Sold in store" option. Gotta run!

Here we go again... Why do you need to bump 3 threads by the same person just to say the same thing? This really is getting old. I'm sure you're going to respond again reprimanding me on how I talked to your son and/or grandson, but seriously, all these bumps of old topics just to be receptive I what he or you says about the old figures and ones opinion of them is ridiculous.
-
Yeah, I'm confused now... In the burrow review it's his 9 year old son, now it's his 7 year old grandson? how many people share the name? Maybe whoever actually is "Quibbler" needs to sign out when they're done browsing, that way they're son, or grandson, dad or grandpa, dog, sheep, ghost, bread, whoever doesn't continue this.

That can definitely be a problem. I hate searching and searching and then I finally come to realize that it's right in front of me. With big sets though, I get on a big table and put each bag in a pile, that way I'm not wasting so much time looking.
-
For those who have both 4842 & 4867, where did you put 4867? On the right end? Left end? Middle? Somewhere else? Let's see some pics! I'm curious because I'm wondering where to put mine when I rebuild them.
-
When I first saw the pics I was planning on only getting the Tripod Invader. Then I saw them in stores, I held out for a weeks, but the more I looked, the more I wanted. Each of these sets are awesome. The abduction feature is one of the best things to come from Lego.
-
It's not available in the US either...

Which way up do you put the hands on your minifigs?
Vindicare replied to Hrw-Amen's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I'm with Big Cam. Flat side up is the way to go. With the curved side up, it looks like he's missing fingers. -
He's trying to soothe the savage beast with. music. While a pretty lame attempt, I think it is supposed to be a leash. It's no wonder though how his dog got away, the leash is bigger than the dog.
-
Um...how have you been searching for these for ages when they just came out(most areas, anyways). For the US release. Is it gong to be early, mid, or late August? Hopefully early August, that way TRU will get them in late July.
-
Don't bother LT, we've been through this on Clone O's The Burrow review. Soon, he's going to come on and say that that was his 7(or was it 9) year old son wrote that and to not be rude...
-
Ya know, its been a little while since I built mine, but if memory serves me correctly i remember getting them also. I don't remember how many, but I had quite a few leftover too. Mystery.

I don't think you'd be disappointed with the Cobra set if you like the rest of the line. It's a nice build and looks pretty neat set up on a shelf.
