This is the other summer wave set I was considering getting. I like the lightning dragon, too, but a helicopter...really? Although that's another set. I like this dragon. It's nice to see a bit of variety in them, instead of the likes of the Ice, Fire and Lightning dragon being the same. I like those 'cracked' leg pieces. I suppose this dragon lives up to it's name by not having wings.

Ooh, another one, Death Star perhaps? Looking good so far.

I hope they go back to baseplates though. I don't really like the regular plate bases, doesn't work well with the street baseplates.

I have a question for you accuracy junkies, how can you really use droid arms, bars, poles and the like to create a windscreen when there's no glass? That's a big infraction in the accuracy department, wouldn't it be? I know if I were to pilot a starship, I'd want the canopy to have glass.

Alas...no, but it does have lights around the border. There's also a Hero Factory one and an Alien Conquest one with the Earth Defense HQ and the Alien Mothership.

The one at TRU has the Frigate and MF in it.

Mine is the surfer hair/head, white body/green arm spaceman torso, green pants, CMF rocker guitar. No particular reason for the parts minus the torso and hair, two of my favorite minifig parts. Just added the guitar when I got an extra rocker. Edit: The big '900'

My local TRU(California, USA) still had them in stock last week. The Lego guy was just there last week and fully stocked the shelves, too.

I don't want to see it re-released, because A) I already have it, most of all B) It would take the place of a new modular(likely) and I want new modulars!

I can't help but shake my head at this whole "Ninja" theme. They have no resemblance to Ninjas in the slightest, minus the figures. I mean, motorcycles, helicopters, ATVs, seriously? Finally, they came out with Fire Temple, which minus the 4 armed skeleton, is actually a nice Ninja-esque set. I don't mind the whole undead enemies, because if Castle can do it, why not Ninja. The prospect of these snake men sound enticing, as well. Here's to hoping the sets are good. I'm quivering already at having Lloyd to deal with. I bet he has some menacing coke bottle glasses and devastating pocket protector?! Those are as Ninja as motor vehicles.

This does sound pretty promising. Dino was in my dark age, but I would've passed on them regardless. But, there's been many advances in Lego design since then, so I have hope for this. Just a side note, that was a bit much Pep. I think adding said smiley face would've been better suited after that comment, instead of the bottom of your post. I have, however, read many a posts by you, and have never heard an I'll word leave your fingers, so I know that was a bit abnormal from you. But, I have to agree a bit with Megs, that adding a smiley doesn't make the statement any less hurtful to some. I'm a very proud American, and I'm aware that we are frowned upon by a lot of other countries. But, to stereotype a country and her people would have any non staff member here taking a break. Just saying.

Are you saying this because we haven't heard any news, or has there bee word that it is not coming back? That's really too bad, I thoroughly enjoyed this theme and bought each and every set the first time I saw them, too bad. Well, that's money to spend on other themes...silver lining, I suppose.

Very cool scene there. Even better is the bigger AT-AT, but that's another thread. I am arch a fan of your figures. I haven't seen much of your steam punk stuff, but they are up to par with the rest of your creations.

I think the reason we saw and know of the Amidala minifg is solely because of Comic Con. Now, why they decided to show what they have so far, if, she is in fact a summer minifig.

Are those cars sets Duplo or System?

I agree. The modular line is slowly turning into what SW UCS is($1000+ for the MF(!)). It's just crazy. It's really not right, and I personally wouldn't price gouge like that if I were to sell mine, although I never will.
