5886 T-Rex Hunter and 5887 Dino Defense HQ look to be the best to sets of the line, me thinks.

Perhaps he's not with the Lion Knights? But a visiting noble. Edit: just checked the prince/noble from the advent, the medallion and torso are quite different. What 2 king torsos are you refering to? The one in the carriage set doesn't have a medallion. I don't remember the torso on the king in the castle set...

True. But, when I think of a Town Hall, it's a standalone building. Whereas the Modular line is meant to be a street scene, side by side. But, I'm completely fine with a Modular Town Hall, I'm fine with any building they decide on(minus a CC/MS rerelease ). I'll just make my 10184 Town Hall into a museum.

I like the cab on the light truck. The suicide doors and the 2 seater is cool.

I watch the show from time to time. I gotta admit, it gives me the giggles sometimes. I've always thought about buying when I walk past them in the store. But, I just don't like the sets enough to want to buy them and not something else. EDIT: 1000th post!

I don't think people should hold their breath for a 'Legends' release of these. After reading on here for awhile, it sounds as though that line was a bust. On the resale point, people have issues with others hoarding these not because they want to sell them later on down the line, but they want to charge an insane markup on them, much like you see for the sets that are the subject at hand.

I got my first PaB cup. I didn't do any hardcore packing like some. I just got some stuff for my city. Mainly got 2x2 tan tiles and flower stems. Threw in some 1x1 green cylinder pieces with 3 leaves too. I wish I had one closer so I could visit more often. I want 2x2 dark tan tiles so I can build sidewalks

About the redesigned box, not everyone keeps them. About the 'limited' production of CC and MS... Cafe Corner- October 24th 2007-December 06 2009 Market Street- October 24th 2007-April 14th 2009 Green Grocer- March 05th 2008-November 08 2010 Fire Brigade has been out since September 12th 2009. They don't seem all that different to me.

I think the rumor is Town Hall. It had the 5 digit number-10224, I believe- so, looks like we will still be getting a modular. I hope this is true. Although not a modular, we have a town hall in 10194 Town Plan. I would've preferred something retail wise or an apartment.

I'd go with 10219. I have it and love it. The build isn't all that exciting, minus the lead car, too much repetitions. But, it doesn't take away from the final product. The colors are a plus too. This is a toughie... I think these are both great sets. But, I'd have to go with 10220 VW Camper Van. The details are great.

That was a really bad analogy... Compare collectibles to collectibles. Besides, you'd be lucky to get market value on your house now-a-days(US, anyways). Whereas the two aforementioned sets are triple what they originally went for. I say no to this endeavor, as well.

Very cool! First off, what a great-original-set. You did a great job of liquifying it! The "swimming" fish and all the sea life. What's Spongebob up to back there? That's a look of someone up to no good!

Who's going to be buying 2 of these sets? I'd say I'm about 90% sure of buying two. But, I'll wait till I get the first one and see how good it really is. Maybe this question warrants its own thread with a poll option.
