A few people have now said they are going to get this because they have the others. While that's clearly your prerogative, but for the amount of money they are, it seems strange. I could see you saying this for something $20 or less, that's a lot easier to swallow. Also, I too have never been to a movie theatre with a chandelier in it, I guess the ones I go to aren't fancy enough.

Ok, gonna be going to the Glendale Galleria(mall) and obviously going to have to stop at the LEGO store. While I really "shouldn't" buy something, I can't let that poor 10% off coupon go to waste... So, let's say in the $30-60 range. I'm looking at 70703 Star Slicer, but other options are welcomed. Looking into SW, Chima, Turtles, City, GS, Ninjago, Superheroes. I really narrowed that down, didn't I?

My plans are to attempt to buy all(read: just about every System set they're releasing) my wanted sets.

This is great! I really like the stable. Looks very fitting of the Winter Village theme. The marshmallow roast is a fun addition. The M-Tron shirt is a big plus!

While the UCS is insanely awesome(!!!!) and I think everybody who enjoys SW should get him, this Mini Artoo is great. You really did a fantastic job of shrinking his UCS counterpart. It looks just like it, very similar to 10230 Mini Modulars. :thumbup:

Theres probably just as many people who love it to who hate it. It seems as most dislike the car. I don't really care one way or the other about it, the building matters. I love the building and don't mind at all what others are picking at. But, there is nothing wrong voicing your opinion, whether you like it or not. Since we all know some designers look here and of course we have the Ambassadors, who send word to TLG on stuff. I like to think they take what is said here and file it away for future reference. The ticket booth is on the outside. It's placed so the guy working the concession stand inside can simply turn around and sell tickets. I just never saw a point in talking about what a building doesn't have. They're always going to miss something to everyone. If say, a house, had every necessary room and accessory a house typically has(say it's a 3 bed, 2 bath), can you imagine how expensive that would be? I certainly wouldn't buy it. They give you a few of the more necessary bits to said building to make it believable to being said building. However, my townhouses bathroom in 10218 is always busy being the only one in my town.

Neither would work for Azkaban, if you wanted it accurate, that is. But the other suggestions here are great! It never even dawned on me to use other themes in the HP universe. Makes me want to do a HP layout instead of a City one. Great thread.

Saw This is 40. Hilarious, but dirty. Language was pretty bad, some precarious situations. There's a part with Melissa McCarthy, the highlight of this movie! If you see this, don't leave right away when it's over, there's a fantastic blooper during the credits.

I meant the fig, if you bought it from eBay before the sets were even available then I don't really think it's right to get a free piece from TLG. Maybe between when that fig was released(however that may be) from the factory the red color wasn't part of the character? And, they decided to add the red later. Since theres no red on it, I'd say thats the case. However, if it had the red in the mouth, bit no scar, I'd say it was a printing error.

I definitely see the similarities too. I too was a big fan of the new Cats show and am bummed it's not comng back. But, to bitch and moan about someone stealing ideas is childish. Some of it may stem from cancellation of both the partnership with TLG and the show, so maybe he's just feeling moody.
