  1. Yes, I adhere to the pressed mass to be minimal. One way of this is the placement of electric motors on axles. I will not say that I am satisfied with the model, but thanks anyway, I'm glad that she would be a little like
  2. Hi all! My new model - is realisation in Lego - off-road custom based on the legendary american SUV - Jeep Cherokee (XJ). Everything according to the canons - axles, a rear differential lock, winch, snorkel, fenders, footrests, thick-walled pipe bumpers, an expeditionary trunk, chandelier and big wheels.
  3. Thanks! Unfortunately, there is no way to shoot a video yet. I plan to do it later
  4. WRX is the third, final generation of my model, which was originally conceived as a light, fast sports car with all-wheel drive. I was inspired to build a car with a rich rally history – Mitsubishi Lancer EVO and Subaru. Impreza WRX. The model created in aggressive Japanese cars style, has a huge spoiler and an intercooler nostril on the hood. The car driven by all 4 wheels, which, in turn, they are rotated by the buggy motor. Steering performed by means of a servo motor. Managing all this junk is BuWizz brick, giving a huge increase in power over the original Lego electrics. Parts list and building instruction here
  5. 23: 1017: 64: 427: 342: 211: 1 it's damn hard to choose! All works are very cool! Octan - one love!
  6. Thanks! Oh yes, flex axle work is big brain time :))
  7. Building instruction for my Lego 8207 remake is ready! Check new video on my channel :) hm, strange...
  8. Thanks! Yes, I plan to make an instruction soon. I love the way it looks in yellow )
  9. 2. Lego 8207 Dune Duster - remake Original set: 8207 Discussion topic: here
  10. So the model is complete. As a result: - Width, height and length are kept as in the original; - The yellow color is changed to red due to the lack of discs in the desired color; - The functionality is preserved - steering and rear axle suspension; - The flexible axle is replaced by a prefabricated one of two axles and connector No. 4 - 92 parts instead of 86 in the original - Compared to the original, it is not possible to adjust the angle of the steering wheel.
  11. Remake of 8207 set completed. The final stage remains - to shoot the material in a presentable form. With the steering, I solved the issue without resorting to the steering racks as in the original set. All on rods and with the transition to an even width. I tried to keep the proportions and size of the original set as accurately as possible, and I want to say that I am satisfied with the result!
  12. I like the original yellow color better, but unfortunately there are no rimsin this color yet.
  13. 8L gear rack doesn't fall into the idiological outline of the competition. I think that it is necessary to implement the steering on a certain lever 19L is too short. It need 23 stud
  14. This question is definitely not stupid! I'm still thinking about the steering. the first prototype is ready! Yes, the steering does not work :))
  15. It is not easy to switch to an even width of the model. But I try to keep the proportion. Although the model is small, the steering was not as easy to implement from the new parts and there is also a problem with the color. No yellow discs! I will replace it with red, keeping the overall style. Also, it still does not come to mind how to implement an arc from a flexible axis (in the original yellow)
  16. I read the rules. If you see a violation, please let me know, I would like to speak in detail. first sketch in .io. I will try to repeat the dimensions. The helmsman used to be easier )
  17. Hi legofans! The idea of the TC20 competition seems very cool to me! Several years ago I already made an attempt to build a remake of 8414. Now there is a great reason to build my second set of Lego techniques - 8207. My father gave it to me when I was 7. My joy knew no bounds. And now, after almost a quarter of a century, I want to repeat this set in a new form.
  18. Now you also can build this sqarebody! Building instruction is available now
  19. Hi everyone! Meet my new model in miiiini lego technic scale - MAZ 7310 (AA-60) Fire-fighting aerodrome truck AA-60 - designed for the fire and rescue service at airfields. They provide extinguishing of fires in airplanes and helicopters, carrying out work to evacuate passengers and crewmembers from aircraft that have suffered an accident, as well as extinguishing fires at facilities near airports. MAZ-7310 is a Soviet all-wheel drive four-axle (8 × 8) heavy wheeled truck of the Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ). Serial production since 1962. The first prototype of the car was released in 1958. Initially, this tractor was intended to transport combat ballistic missiles. Since 1976, based on the MAZ 7310 chassis, the AA-60 fire-fighting airfield vehicle has been designed. It housed a tank with a capacity of 11 thousand liters. water and an 800 l foam concentrate tank. The machine was equipped with a specially designed pump with a capacity of 60 l / s. This pump had a separate 180 hp engine. Between the cabins in front, on a special stand, there was a fire monitor, which had a remote control with a hydraulic drive. After the destruction of the Soviet Union, to the present day, at some airports in the post-Soviet space, such machines have remained and are still in operation. Model scale – 1:54 Two front swivel axles V6 engine Separately recline left and right cabins More photos in my blog
