Its been a while since I last saw the movie but I don't think that particular boat is one that Maui rode on so not having Maui in that set doesn't seem like its a problem. -
Is the downtown street set the first time Friends has had a minidoll wearing a police uniform? And has Friends ever had a police station or any structure or vehicle that could be considered "police"?

Marvel Superheroes 2022 - Rumors & Discussion

Anyone know if https://brickset.com/sets/10789-1/Spider-Man-s-Car-and-Doc-Ock is another one of those 4+ sets based on the younger kids cartoon? (the one where Doc Ock is female for reasons I am sure makes sense to those who knows more about the Spider-Man comic universe than me) -
Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion

Looking at the new sets, the only new molds I can see are the screw thing in the police academy set, the police dog puppy in the police dog training set and possibly the hair on the tree shirt guy in the recycle truck set. Has anyone else spotted any new molds for 2023 in the City sets? I do like a lot of these although how many I can afford is another matter... -

I have confirmation from LEGO Customer Service that my standard parts order placed on 23/11 (for shipment to Australia) is still being processed and will ship as per normal and isn't impacted by the pause. So that's good. The bestseller parts from that same order have apparently shipped (I have notification of them shipping as well as the VIP points from them) but the tracking number isn't working yet for whatever reason. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours

LEGO didn't retire trans-neon-orange. What happened is that the new plastic they are using for transparent parts isn't capable of replicating trans-neon-orange to the standards LEGO is happy with and so they are unable to continue producing the color. -

According to what I have read elsewhere, Standard parts ordering is paused for everywhere except North America (i.e. the places that get their bestseller from the US instead of Poland) and will return in January (parts from the August sets will be released in January as well). Orders placed before the pause are apparently going to continue to be processed and shipped as normal. Apparently the pause is to reduce demand over the xmas period (when they will see increased demand for replacement parts) and something to do with changes in their Poland factory although exact details aren't known. Parts that are out-of-stock will not display at all right now so if the high-demand stuff like forrestmen or vikings or farm animals isn't showing up even for the US then that doesn't mean its totally retired. -

My big problem with Marvel in 2022 is the lack of really small sets (e.g. sets at the same size as say https://brickset.com/sets/60344-1 and the Black Panther and Hulkbuster sets (which both are bigger than they needed to be IMO). Oh and the fact that the Nano Gauntlet still hasn't made it to local retail here in Australia (something that has generally happened with all the other Marvel and Star Wars helmets and buildable things) although that's on LEGO Australia rather than LEGO HQ :) -

Your best hope for a goat costume will be 2027 when it will be the Year of the Goat and (if LEGO continues producing Chinese New Year sets the way they do now) the Chinese New Year set will feature a goat costume. -
Trans-Dark-Blue is another color that hasn't been seen in windscreens in ages. (I think the last time we saw it was in Space Police III) At least we got a few trans-red windscreens in Monkie Kid this year.

You could have 2 marching band figures, one with some sort of brass instrument and the other with a marching band drum (same style as this old Fabuland piece https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=fabeg2) -

My order now says "in warehouse" on the main screen, "in warehouse" for the bestseller parts and "shipped" for the standard parts (which is impossible). The new PaB has certainly made it easier to spend money (like I did on buying all the parts I need to complete Optimus Prime minus prints and stickers, heck, it was hard to resist the urge to spend up big on loop coaster parts...) -

I placed an order consisting of both Bestseller and Standard parts (and nothing else) at 5:38pm GMT+10. Got an email right after that saying "We’ve got your LEGO order!". Got another email at 5:45pm saying "We've got it! Your LEGO® order is confirmed, Jonathan" listing all the stuff I ordered with the items labeled "in process". When I look at the order on the LEGO site it says "Partial shipped/Partial backordered" and when I look at the details it says "In Process" for the Bestseller parts and "Shipped" for the Standard parts. Is this normal and what's actually going on? (there is no way they could have packed and shipped anything that quickly) -

All of the parts listed on the New Elementary "new for July" page are now for sale on PaB except for some heads/torsos/legs/hair from Disney Princess figures (which would be licensed), a cat and pig that are also Disney Princess related (and therefore licensed), a printed 4 x 4 x 6 corner panel from the big Disney Princess castle (also licensed I suspect), a nougat curved 1 x 1 slope from the Jazz set and a 2 x 3 curved right side wedge from the Jazz set (interestingly the left side wedge is available, just not the right side). And yes this release includes all 10 different bright light orange roller coaster track parts (and the prices don't seem to be obscene for the 3 new shapes when compared to the other track) Nothing from August yet (but that isn't due to land until sometime in December at the earliest) -

Looks like there is more than enough good stuff in stock right now to make placing an order worthwhile :) Orange shopping trolleys. Dark azure 4 x 6 car/truck roof wedge piece. Jane Goodall torso. Printed cookies tile from the Friends space set. Red sports/flight helmet. Titanium Metallic treasure chest. Neon Yellow frog. White 3x6 half door. And more besides. -
Got given a set of the 3 Xmas bam figs as a gift at the lego club Xmas party, they are really cool.

I myself am waiting for the new coaster track and that half curved clear pillar from Avatar (among other things) Zero interest in Castle or soccer :) Also hoping the Jane Goodall torso comes back in stock. (And the corner mountain piece) -
I would love to know which idiot thought that George clooney would make a good Batman... He did good in ER and those coffee ads but was a lousy Batman.

If Lego ever did any Australian animals in system (not Duplo or Friends) style it would be "shut up and take my money". Heck, I am even giving thought to snagging the Duplo koala in my next online PaB order (although it's a bit on the expensive side...)

I recon a Wayne Manor with underground Batcave would sell well as a larger d2c (think Daily Bugle sized)

So far for pilots I have 4x https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=973pb2774c01 and https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c06pb04 plus 1x https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=973pb1330c01 and https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c80pb01 Still considering more pilots, options available to me at a price that I can justify are either https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=973pb2131c01 and https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb0453 in dark orange or https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=973pb2553c01 and https://www.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb0605 in dark blue. Anyone want to suggest which color (dark orange or dark blue) would look better for a navy flight suit?
