Just received Myer catalogue. Horizon express $124. Mini modular $80. VW and sopwith camel both in there with lone ranger and city stuff. 20% off Lego. No mention of extra 10% though. May need to wait for an email. Target are apparently releasing their catalogue on Wednesday. -

I didn't think they are exclusive to Myer but I thought they weren't supposed to come out until 1st June. There are at bigw already too. -

I've given up again after 7 boxes. If I find another sealed box I will probably take it up again though. -

Does Mr Gold come sealed in a plastic bag within the gold foil packet? If so is it the hat you feel for or the fact that there is a plastic bag inside the packet. Local Kmart still had sealed boxes this morning. I went through 2 boxes got a set of 16 but no luck for Mr Gold. -
Since the Sydney opera house has already been tauted as the next one it may be pretty likely it will appear in the future.

I think the novilty wore off after a couple of goes. I bought it when first released last year in the US. -

I was shown the book of the Coles express releases. From memory it was the yellow car, F1, truck, 250GT, F40 then FXX. It didn't picture the pit crew set at all. I will ask again today when I pick up my F1 cars. They told me they did have the first 3 weeks out the back though. -

I would think that ordering from the Australian arm of TLG would bypass the $1000 import limit as you are already paying the GST. I envy anyone buying $1000 worth of Lego from S@H. You could get it from overseas in smaller lots and probably save 40%. -

I get a weekly catalogue from kmart. They are also online at lassoo.com.au. Hasn't been any Lego in there from memory though. -
My daughter just said a hospital too. She said there is a vet for the animals but nothing for the people.

As mentioned in the friends thread a zoo would be fantastic for all the little girls to have to play with an I guess a fee AFOL would like that as well.

A modular type like haunted house was to monster fighters but a large shopping mall. Shops, beauty salon, pet shop, lolly shop, handbag shop. I think they need a supermarket too.

In Australia we has to wait for you Europeans to wake up before we could order ours. We were limited to two only. Did you Europeans or Americans have a limit of 2 or the normal 5?

I have just booked the same trip. But I am going in October so I m also watching this thread now. Are there target,TRU and Walmart nearby to Disneyland? I am also going to Hawaii on the way and will visiting the Lego shop there. Is this a good place to buy Lego, PAB or polybags? I have heard that legoland store is great for polybags and the downtown Disney store is good for PAB. Please post updates on here when you return so others like I can know the best places to visit.

Kmart and bigW starting Thursday have sales on lego china and city as well. Actually the bigW prices are probably a little better for most but not all on that target sale. -
These friends sets are very detailed, especially the larger ones. The combi in the big horse riding school set is outstanding. It is not a simple build in itself. I've even bought a few of these sets for myself. My daughter has all the sets already do I pick and choose which will add to my city.

Buying LEGO from other countries on-line stores
BrettBrick replied to Siegfried's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I have never had any problems with amazon.de or any other amazon for the mater. The postage costs have skyrocketed and that online has put me off ordering from them of late.
