Hi Did your excavator order go through? I just an email telling me that the supplier is unable to fulfill my order at this time. Yet if you look at their website the set is still for sale on there. Nice price, poor service. A bit like fishpond I'm thinking.

I had previously noticed the DJ mistake, on the price of the Police boat, but also noticed to new Atlanis set for $40 that is usually $120. DJ have no idea! Just picked up the space shutte at bigw for $48.** They were just going on the shelves along with the other space sets and some technic sets helicopter ,sports car and digger? Just letting you know they are out there.

Wollongong Myer didn't have any new sets. I was looking for the new Space sets. They did however have Emerald night .

Myer had signs up and announced it over the PA in store. All clearance items at reduced prices will be further discounted 30%. It applied to a few departments, toys clothes and some others but stopped paying attention once I heard toys. Slave 1, Woodys roundup, Firehouse 10197, Atlantas 8077 and 8075 were the Lego sets I found marked down. Also got some Thomas and other toys all about 48% off in the end.

The groupon coupons must have changed. Now it says you can only buy 1 and you can only use 1 coupon per transaction per person. Dam I am always to slow on these things!

My box came from Germany. There was only 1 snowboarder but I got about 4 from bigw by remembering the code only had to check a dozen packets to get them. I think I got 6 racedrivers as well as the 6 Fishermen. Happy now got 4 sets. I wish Myers stock was up to scratch no minifigs there no creator.

My box arrived too. Opened it and used the codes to work most out. Had to open a few packets because I ended up with 6 fishermen. It confused me because I thought there was only 2 in a box. Someone mentioned here they got 3 sets in a box. Well I only got 1 snowboarder. Good news was at BigW I was able to get 3 more out of 1 box easily as I remembered the dot code. Mmm to get an emerald night! Or Atlantis temple?

Thursday must be delivery day. Big W had minifigs and Log cabin, and so did target with 20% off. Should I buy the Emerald green train for myself? at Myer

Big W had minifigs now but Target a better price at $3.92. Got myself a couple to finish a set. Much easier to read bumps with a small torch held to the side. Thanks for the notes on the log cabin but has anyone on the south side of Sydney or blacktown area spotted it? I am up that way on the weekend target would be best with 20% off. Or a myer I guess.

I found it quite difficult to sort using the dots. I ended up with an extra 2 gorillas mmm should of felt the banana. Will take them back a try for a fisherman and a Indian chief. There were another couple going through another box and using the codes and feel got a whole set even opened them instore to ensure they had a full set before leaving. At home I used a LED torch to shine across the bumps and still got 2 incorrect. This is hard, TLG this is not a kids toy, it is AFOL stuff. And the price no wonder they are bring bought in from OS.

I have previously built the Grand Carousel and that is 3200 odd pieces and no numbered bags either. I haven't opened it yet but I will probably do the same group the peices check they are only the number as per the back of the instructions put the spares aside and start building knowing every part must be used. Some day!

Well I took your advice, went to Myer first thing this morning and bought the last Imperial Flagship. Actually it was my wife who paid for it as she wanted several other toys as well. That is the second LEGO set she has bought me this week, I also got the Space Police 5974 from catch of the day. After we left Myer my wife said "Did you know that was more than $200", yes I certainly did! Our Myer did not have any new 2011 sets, no police or anything else not even Emerald night. Cheers Brett

Today visited the Wild life world and the Aquarium. Took a little one and she ( WELL I CLAIMED IT ) got a minifig. A cowboy style version of Crocodile Dundee. I asked for 1 and was told no since I had a child with me, the same minifig is available at each place, I know because I asked and saw the box. As previously stated here the Store is not cheap, just full retail price. Seemed to have Aquarius, some City and the World racers sets, lots of books, but our local Target has them from time to time anyway. The Large Lego displays are Awsome. These things are 20000+ bricks. from memory theere was at Wildlife world a cowboy on a horse at the entry, a pair of Butterflies near the butterfly display then the boxing Kangaroo with the guy being hit having a back eye, a lego guy holding a snake, Caveman with a spear attacking a croc ( the croc is the display for the exibit ) , Burke and Wills and a camel, Lego Family, well mum and the kids dad is taking a photograph, then a cowboy with a bullock type animal. The Aquarium had a King Trient ant the entry then, a sailor, Great white shark, a brilliant mural, a man with a penguin, Mermaid, Diver, Killer whales tail!, Moby dick (made from Duplo) and another giant Mural. Well worth the look if you have never been, we actually prebooked on line and midded the giant line up to purchase ticks there. Myer city store had on display a model of the Sydney Harbour Bridge ( Thats what LEGO should do next!! ) and a Monkey, also a little set up of a house and an Airport. Nothing spectacular for sale, they did have about 100 FIre Station 10197 if there happens to be a sale coming up. Well thats my report, I almost didn't go because I couldn;t find a report on what was there, glad I did go now.

Apparently the aquarium, wild life park and centerpoint skywalk have been purchased by the legoland business. Hopefully Sydney can get the first Lego shop in Australia. I don't think we could support a legoland unless they put it up at the gold coast with the other theme parks.

I don't think kmart have had a % off sale since the Westfarmers takeover. Interesting that Target do and they are under Westfarmers too but compete against Myer. Kmart seem to compete against BigW and they dint do % off sales. That's how I see it anyway. 25% off at myer from 5 pm

Yes that is what I did a couple of weeks ago for trains and kingdom sets.
